Terrible shipping company

Two toilets both received broken, pieced together parts of each toilet to make one working toilet, They do not answer there phone so two trips to the store ( over an hour away) and literally digging through the dumpster and we were able to piece together what we needed. Disaster is an understatement. If you can get them on the phone good luck, at least when you go in person everyone is very nice and allowed us to make a working toilet out of the pieces of both toilets. But the deliver driver should put a little bit of care into their job because we were delayed 3 weeks.

High Quality Toilet

Easy install and works great. Very high quality and worth the price.

Meets our needs, taller seat, low GPF.

This may sound a bit crazy, but this is my favorite toilet ever. Functions great. 2 volume choices are perfect. Height is very comfortable.

Damaged in shipping

Received toilet via Fed-EX. Unit had concealed damage. Customer care center closed already. Item was delivered while I was not home. Inadaquetely packed!

This/foot on my toilet was more than 1/4in out of level- I didn't want to shim it THAT much. The replacement was the wrong item (single flush...). But when the 2nd replacement arrived damaged (tank was inadequately packaged by American Standard) it was too much. I went with a Kohler toilet.

Toilet would be great except for the fact that it keeps refilling 7-8 times per hour. It kind of negates the whole "water saving" feature. I am dreading the next water bill

Perfect in every way

The toilet appears to work fine. As others have notes parts were missing from the package. American Standard was able to replace the parts after about 2 weeks. There could be better instructions on how to adjust the flush valve.

When installed the bowl water level seems to be low. May be the installer who doesn’t know how to install. Flush buttons on tank it would be nice if they were brushed aluminum instead of chrome so they didn’t show finger smudges.

Pretty good toilet

The toilet itself was a little bit of a disappointment. I thought I was getting a more powerful flusher.

Toilet Arrived Broken, twice!

The toilet was broken/cracked in various places on arrival. When I ordered a replacement, the toilet again came broken. Both packages had virtually no padding. I would not buy any porcelain product from American Standard where shipping is involved.

Faulty valve within one month of install. Loud.

Great toilet if we can get it to be quiet, but we seem to have received one with a faulty valve. Still waiting to hear back about my claim.
