Got it done and it works beautifully.

Upon completion, I really like the functionality of this faucet. My only complaint is that is that for the do it yourselfers like me, there should be simple written instructions with the pictures

Great Design

I purchased the faucet 4 years ago and it still looks new. The quality is excellent and the finish stands up to the heavy usage at my house. I noticed a leak at the base of the counter top and contacted American Standard, the customer service people were outstanding and sent me a new ceramic valve. I installed the new valve in 15 minutes and returned to normal usage. I would definitely purchase another American Standard product with a lifetime warranty.

Very sensitive turning

Extremely pleased with how lightweight the pullout is. It turns from sink to sink with very little effort.

Pull Out Faucet

Single handle pull out spray faucet

I purchased this item a few years ago. It now needs a new aerator for the pull out sprayer due to our well water. The aerator is not available anywhere, even at Lowe's, which is the sole retailer for this model faucet. Will give it five stars if and when I can find a replacement aerator.

Easy to install

I bought it at Lowes nine months ago. However I cannot replace the aerator because American Standard doesn’t carry one nor the key. 1.8 gpm. For now it is flowing slow.

No Instructions, warranty, or maintance info

I purchased this faucet from Lowes Knoxville 8-29-2017. After removing the old faucet we opened the sealed up box did not find any instructions, warranty information, or maintenance information.

Horrible design

I'm a licensed plumber,and this is the worst design I've ever seen for a faucet. The braided stainless steel connections do not swivel, causing the supplies to pinch shut. This is especially a problem when trying to make the connection at the top (under the sink) bc it causes the supply to twist inside the faucet itself. Several people have complained about low flow, and this is exactly what is causing the problem. Absolute, complete, total piece of junk.

Flimsy

I bought this faucet 5 months ago from Lowes, as my old one was leaking. The handle on the faucet is very light and flimsy, but hasn't broken off yet, knock on wood. The second time I tried to refill the soap dispenser, the top part of the bottle snapped off in the grooves. Nobody seems to carry a replacement bottle, and it isn't even listed as a part on American Standard's website. I'm still trying to locate another bottle.

Glad it was on sale. I had to buy extra parts.

I finally installed the faucet after getting the extra parts needed to install it. The hoses were too short and the connectors at the ends of the hoses were different than those on my plumbing fixtures. So I had to buy hoses and some other connectors. I don't know how well it is going to work--hopefully for the extra expense and time it lasts for some time.

Worst faucet ever. I have never hated a faucet.

Purchased this from Lowes as our old faucet was leaking and it was one of 2 in stock at lowes that matched the old ones design. The pull out handle is PLASTIC of which we couldn't tell as it was high up on the shelf at Lowes. Everytime you shut off the valve the handle jumps out because its really light and PLASTIC. What a piece of junk.

Bought this after returning another brand that was leaking at the spray head and have been very happy with this faucet.

Poor quality faucet

I bought this about three years ago, looks great but the pull out handle hose needs to be replaced yet again. The customer service people are great although the first time I ordered a replacement it took over 8 weeks to get a replacement and the wrong finish was shipped, I called again and the correct one arrived a few weeks later.

Very poor water flow

Bought this faucet about a year ago, flow restrictor is very bad, I have a trickle of water that takes minutes to fill a pitcher or clean the sink. I finally am so frustrated with this performance that I am going to replace. Don't buy this unless you like standing at sink waiting.
