Beautiful product, excellent customer service

Gorgeous, clean lines, so easy to clean. Strong effective flush. Reached out to customer service to report delivered products broken during transport. Excellent and kind, competent service resulted in swift, intact bowl and tank replacement.

I can’t comment on the functionality of this toilet because a toilet that doesn’t hold water has little value. Purchased this product in January and it was stored in the original packaging in my garage. My garage is only used for storage. The contractor redoing my bathroom finally came today and we discovered that the toilet base was broken. According to the specs this toilet has a lifetime warranty but all I am getting from Wayfair is that it is beyond the 30 days. I know I should have checked when it was delivered but a lifetime warranty is a lifetime warranty. Picture attached.

Studio S 5.8l toilet.

A beautiful, practical and decently priced upgrade to our bathroom. I had it professionally installed as i live in a condo apartment, so i cant comment on how easy it was to install. It has a single rate flush, which is powerful and gets the job done every time. Comes with slow close lid and seat. Tank lid is flat, good for storing bits and pieces. Flush handle is on the right corner, which is easy to reach. Flat sides make it easy for cleaning and looks sleek in our bathroom. Very pleased so far and would recommend to anyone.

Very nice looking and working toilet

This arrived on time and was packed very well, no problems. The toilet was relatively easy to install, with the exception of seating it on the floor and wax seal since it is pretty heavy. The directions are good and easy to follow. The Studio S Skirted Two Piece toilet is really great looking and it works like a charm. I am glad I chose this one!

Received damaged product

The product came in damages and American Standard is taking very long to replace broken parts.

We received the toilet on time and couldn't wait to install it. We loved the look as soon as we unboxed it. Unfortunately, we weren't able to install it as the waterline is in the way & will need a plumber to relocate the waterline. We are planning to renovate our washroom anyway so we will install it once we are done with that. It is worth noting for installation purposes that it has a larger footprint & is bulkier than a regular toilet. Make sure to measure the space before buying it & have another helping hand for installation. Also, you will have to buy a wax ring and the water supply line separately. The sleek design will surely make it easier to clean as compared to my current toilet which seems to be a magnet for dust and hair. You will also have an option for handle color to match with your other bathroom accessories. Overall looks really good and fairly easy to install.

(Rewarded Review) Nice toilet, cramped installation

This is a great looking toilet, if you're willing to pay the price of a very cramped installation. I installed my toilet with the minimum 12" clearance, and there wasn't enough room to get my hand behind it to attach the tank hardware - so I had to remove the toilet base, attach the tank first, then reinstall the base. Normally this is how I would install a regular toilet, but with the extra weight of this toilet style I thought I would follow the instructions this time around, and install the tank last - that was a mistake.

Easy install for the two piece toilet. This toilet is a simple install and delivery of the unit was as quick as expected. Its is a great height for me being 6 feet tall and large enough for the biggest of customers. The elongated style is great

We recently replaced all of our builder-grade toilets and of those we sourced as the replacements, this one is by far the best. It functions like a dream, is ergonomically great and is a breeze to transport and move through the house for the install as per the two-piece construction. Moving all-in-one toilets down/up stairs is no fun but with this one, that piece is a breeze. The item also came packaged very well in comparison to others. I highly recommend this toilet if you're in the market for new ones.

This is a great toilet if you are looking for that truly complete look. The skirting looks great and the toilet sits nice and flat on the floor. I did find lining up the holes when installing to be a bit challenging but you only need to install the toilet once so worth the effort.

Super luxury look, without the price tag

One of the best purchases I made for my luxury home. I didn't want to spend in the thousands for a dang toilet, but also didn't want a typical low budget one. This is solid, works great and looks spa-like.

It used to be toilets simply served a purpose... but this LOOKS clean, no crannies to hold dirt. I wanted to provide a brief video to pan around the unit... the picture isn't sufficient to appreciate how clean this design is.

Install was fairly easy, but it is heavy, and it definitely looks the part! The hidden bolt mounts are nice but may require a bit of dexterity to get it into an enclosed stall, like my bathroom has. The flap had to be adjustable a bit, but once it was, it had a very good flush that you don't get as much lately with the water-saving efforts. The toilet is comfortable for taller and larger people, and just really looks like a premium product. It has a style you don't see often and really puts your own unique look on one of the most important and used rooms of the house. I like it, and it has worked great for me.
