I have to say there is 2 Associates that will go out of there way to help me Nancy head cashier and Rachel in Flooring ! When I coming to Home Depot I look for one of these lady's, I don't find these two lady's I leave because there's is no other Associates that will help me find what I need ! Bought it as a future replacement just in case. Better to buy original quality than roll the dice with some Chinese aftermarket part. Always kept a spare just in case and have never been let down or disappointed with American Standard parts.
Gaskets fixed refilling problem
The toilets were refilling several times a day. Replacing the gaskets fixed the problem as expected. Easily enough to install once you get the flapper assembly out of the toilet.
Worked like a charm. Now toilet is not passing any extra water.

Works perfectly, shipped fast, but overpriced
Product works great. Immediate fix to a “gasping” (every 20 minutes) Vormax toilet. Toilet was new in 2020. So, these parts should last longer than four years. That said, I paid about $37 in total for the part and shipping. In my opinion that’s a little steep. Half that cost seems about right for a soft part that could go in as little as four years. I would NEVER buy parts (knockoffs) on Amazon, so I’d pay the high price if the other three of my Vormax toilets have a similar issue. To A.S.’s credit…the part was completely perfect and they shipped it fast! I also know this is a good company that stands behind its excellent products.
