Parts missing no customer service available

Bought a dome smoker Me o Americano and checked the contents upon opening found parts missing. They claim the advantage of a the product is buying American. Well the customer service is non existent. Called it 5 times between the times when they claimed to service the number provided and was met with a message to call back during those times. Sad that a potential decent product is spoilt by good ole American nonsense customer service. It isn't just about selling it is about providing some quality of service with the product. It's easy to miss packing a part. It isn't acceptable to have no customer service to deal with issues. Disgraceful.

Love the grill! It is easy to set up and use. Not too big not too small. No more waiting for charcoal to get ready. Cooks good too.

A little more cheaply made than I had anticipated. Was missing some hardware I had to replace. Cleaning the drip try will be a bit of a pain due to the design. Works well overall and appears to get the job done for just the two of us. Looking forward to not paying for/fiddling with propane going forward.

Grandson just got it put together. Haven’t tried to use it yet. Looking forward.

Assembly instructions were poor so my husband spent about two hours assembling this grill. He was very disappointed in the quality of the grill and we decided to give it away rather than trying to use it. It was not what we were looking for in an electric grill.

A Piece of JUNK

Poorly designed and cheaply manufactured this grill appears to be a hazard to operate. Parts were missing and directions were incomprehensible. I gave mine away without ever using it. Good luck to the person who got it.

I love the convenience of the indoor and outdoor grilling right on my balcony with using charcoal or lighter fluid.

It’s okay. It had a small dent in it when I took it out of the packaging. Instructions not very clear. I will use it.

Cute little grill. Gets very hot. Should of covered drip pan with foil to keep pan clean. Remember to place the heating coil above the drip pan.. I thought I’d ordered the red grill but received the black instead. Perfect anyway.

Love This Quick Cooking Electric Grill

This little electric grill is exactly what I wanted. Just turn the knob and it is hot in a minute. Throw on sausage and pork chops and watch them cook while sipping a glass of wine. I love not having to wait for charcoal to catch on. Took about 30 minutes to assemble and it's ready to go. Love it!

this item was mispacked. there were instructions for 2 different models and i think it was packed for the other model. parts were missing could not assemble. need to return

This thing is so cute! It wasn’t difficult at all to put together. And it works great. It’s surprising how an electric grill can make things taste like they came off an actual grill. My only complaint is I wish it had a stand. But otherwise it’s perfect.

This little electric grill works great and it’s nice that it doesn’t take up too much room. Works great on an outdoor table top.

Charcoal and electric assembly instructions are combined, just follow your model number and it's easier. Grease drip catcher for electric is a joke so instead I foil line under the coil for easy clean up and it works great that way. I sink wash the grill and wipe with oil before cooking. To prevent losing heat during cooking I peek through the hood vents to monitor progress. Plenty of grill space to handle skewered shish k bobs or meats, vegetables and fruit for 3-4 people. If just meats will feed more. The grill stands low so I set it on a sturdy side table. Perfect for my apartment balcony. I use it couple times a week and plan to continue use in the winter.
