I have used this type of Smoker (Stack Smoker ) for years They are the best for Cooking Chicken and Pork in my Opinion ! Not costly and the results are superior to others ,heat is dispersed evenly and the moisture from water makes for perfect smoked meat.The Stainless model should last longer as I don't store inside.

Was a really good price and great quality

Good product at this price point.

Generally, very pleased with this smoker. Stainless steel is nice and easy to clean, but I would prefer a thicker gauge steel. Charcoal burns evenly. I've used it twice now and both times the meat was excellent. Requires assembly, but directions are good, and assembly time was about 20 minutes. This is a good smoker at a reasonable price.

Super nice Smokers

I've been smoking Turkeys at Christmas and Thanksgiving for mine and my Wife parents for30 years. Had been using regular Brinkman Smoker. I love the Quality of these Smokers. Don't have to worry about them being in the weather. Easy to clean. Tight fit so they use about half the amount of water from the water pans as my old ones. I like the sliding door for adding charcoal. Good Smokers you will not regret your purchase.

I have a friend with one of these and we love going over for dinner when he uses it. He doesn't have any complaints, except it was pricey!
