Not what I ordered and difficult return process

I ordered two shrub rakes, to include handle and rake head - 15 tines and 8 inches wide. Apparently Walmart outsourced the order to Zoro who sent a huge containing only the rake handles. I called Zoro customer service who first told me that I had only ordered the rake handles. I disputed that and she then agreed that I should have received two rakes. She told me in order to get the right items I had to repack the items, bring to a Fedex facility to send back and then wait for a replacement order of the correct items. In addition to not receiving what I ordered in the first place, it is not what I would refer to as a hassle free return process, especially when Zoro was to blame. They should at least provide FedEx home pick up - other suppliers do.

If you are a 5' tall female and you need a LIGHTWEIGHT rake, this is it. If you are a 5' tall female and you need a SHORT rake, this is it. Then it is easy to maneuver under bushes and other plants and it is really fun to use for the "little girl". If you are male, don't bother getting it, 'cause it will definitely break.

8" shrub rake

I love this little rake. It is great for using under my porch, under the fence and in other tight spaces. Great to use around trees and shrubs. Definitely would recommend to others.

Great for cleanup

Nice handy size for cleaning up flower beds and between shrubs/bushes. All the areas one can't reach with a 'normal' leaf rake.

Excellent cleanup rake!

I love the Ames 8 inch plastic rake! I use it for big and small jobs in my yard. I love that it gets into all the nooks and crannies. Also the plastic rake head doesn't flick the debris all over like the metal heads do. I like my yard to be clean and neat and this rake does just that! The price is right!! Not sturdy - breaks easily!

This is a great set if the tools were not so easy to break. It seemed the parts glued together were weak and the rakes were shaky.

Handle broke the first time I used it.

It's a cheap devise, you get what you pay for. The handle is a hollow metal tube that bent then broke the first time I used it for light raking.

Cheap, think, broke immediately. Piece of pure junk. Do NOT buy.

Hinge failure. The yellow snaps just wear down.
