Simple assembly tools are all that were needed.

We were looking for a cabinet to fit our 55" television and match our current furniture style and color. The cabinet was exactly like the catalog description. It was easy to follow the assembly instructions.

Assembly Required.

Assembly decreased the value. It's a nice stand but too expensive when assembly is required. In hindsight, I would have passed on this purchase.It was delivered to the breezeway, instead of where I live.

It's nice, it does what I needed it for but I think it's a bit overpriced. It arrived in a damaged box and had multiple dents almost in the top center so I have to hide them. The contractor they sent to assemble it kept stripping out the screw heads because he was either using the wrong bit and/or the incorrect torque setting. For $180 for 2 hours of work I expected better.

Very sturdy and has a very nice appearance.

The assembly was a little tricky at first, but once you start it’s pretty easy to put together. It looks really nice all set up and seems very sturdy. The only issue I have is the magnetic bars that are supposed to keep the cabinet doors shut. They don’t line up very well even after a few adjustments.

worth the work

gorgeous. really makes my living room pop. put together by myself which took pretty long but could have probably done it faster if focused or with another person. directions were easy to follow. delivered without issues.

Well packed. Parts looked nice but there was stain not applied to the some areas. Awful pre-drilled holes for cam nuts that were too big and deep making the cam nuts not able to grab onto the screws. Broke too many nuts so I had to finish assembly with my own tools. Smells awful even after 2 weeks.

Color is nothing like the name described

This was described as a light golden brown, same as the coffee and end tables I bought from a different set. The only thing we have to go by when our original set doesn't include a table we need is through it's description. This was a dark brown and doesn't match anything, making it unusable to me. It's a nice TV stand, but keep in mind that the colors are not what they say.

There were several scratched edges on the larger pieces of this tv stand, my youngest pointed out how cheap/bad the backing looked, too many pilot holes were drilled by the production company in the wrong spots… for the amount of money I expect better production quality. Overall not too impressed by this purchase. Also, the piece is glossy, which I didn’t get from the photos.

Sturdy Media Stand

Still waiting for my husband to build this unit, but I opened the box and it appears to be very sturdy.

Arrived quickly. Very nice quality. Good directions. Really need two people for assembly. All solid wood . Very pleased with purchase and would recommend it to others.

The piece is nice but it was defective and had to return. Home depot made it easy to returnThe other thing it really takes 2 people to assemble it.

TV stand is nice and looks like the picture. The only problem is one of the doors has a small gap on the bottom. I guess the wood for door cut to short. Also some of the premade holes didn't line up. Overall seems to be pretty good.

The cabinet looks great and the Geek Squad set it up for us and did a great job of hooking up all of our media equipment.

Hickory Brown Wood TV Stand

It is a decent quality, sturdy..... as with any type of purchase ( already assembled or not assembled) I would suggest a furniture marker incase there is a nick or 2 that you have to touch up. Overall, I am satisfied with this tv stand. It is hard to find a decent size tv stand of this height, this is one of the main reasons I purchased this also.
