Print arrived with severely cracked frame and several spots on the print that were likely a result of poor quality print production. I offered to repair the frame myself. D accept the print as-is for a 50 credit, rather than have the provider send a full replacement. That was countered with an offer of a 20 credit. My time had already been wasted enough, so I accepted and told seller I will write a negative review. I feel my offer of keeping the print with a 50 credit was more than fair, and in retrospect, I

The canvas is not well stretched or wrapped on the framework. The picture is lovely, however the colors are much brighter than shown on website.

Nice painting, however there was a small dark spot located in the upper center area of the picture. Also a few other places with thin dark lines throughout the painting. This was probably due to dirt and dust particles on the printer surfaces during the production process. Better quality control during printing would eliminate or at least minimize this problem. Overall the picture looks nice

Nice scene. Gave it four stars as there are a couple small black marks on the sunset part. I received 2 and they both have the exact same marks. I will still keep it as it’s not really obvious but if you’re picky you might care.
