I am very unhappy with my purchase. I received my item and it’s missing multiple pieces to be able to assemble the item. I paid for the item to be assembled thinking it was going to come delivered assembled already and that wasn’t the case. I had to wait days after my delivery for someone to come out to assemble it only to find they couldn’t because it’s missing pieces. I now have to figure out how to get the parts that are missing, wait for them to arrive and then re schedule for someone to come put it together. Horrible.
