Not worth the money
Just finished putting together the second dresser sent after first one was destroyed in delivery. Quality of the particle board was subpar. 2 drawer sides were so weak that rail screws cracked a large piece loose. One drawer face busted through when the q-fix peg was inserted. The q-fix pegs do not fit snugly in the holes provided, causing the top to lift off when trying to move. Even with the backer board securely nailed on, the whole dresser wobbled like it is made of paper. Do not buy!!
Poor quality furniture
I didn’t like this product. It’s poor quality furniture the wood splinters easily the drawers wouldn’t line up properly some of the screws wouldn’t go all the way in once I put the drawers together the pieces that were supposed to lock wouldn’t lock properly and I used all the supplies that were given and the ones that were suggested. I followed the instructions correctly and still it didn’t come together as described, maybe I should’ve paid the extra hundred for assembly. Over all it was money wasted. I wasn’t even able to assemble the cabinet door. The picture I submitted was after about two months actually I couldn’t put clothes in the drawer cause it wouldn’t open cause the screws blocked it and upon opening the drawers the front drawer would fall off in your hand.
Buy any dresser except this one
DO NOT BUY THIS DRESSER!!!! i had to contact customer service THREE separate times upon realizing I was missing hardware every time I tried to put it together. The first time literally NO screws were included which was realized as soon as we opened the box. Received those and tried to put it together again, only to realize there were not enough drawer slides included. Received those, get it almost all the way put together (surprisingly considering the instructions are hard to understand) , then we realize there are no hinges for the door. So have to stall on putting that on. To add all the other awful things about this dresser, there were misshapen screws and nails that were impossible to use, and once the drawers are put together and you try to put them in the dresser, you’re lucky if they line up and slide right because the slide brackets are cheaply made and more than one of them came bent. The drawers are very stiff and hard to open. I would give this 0 stars if I could. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.
product could have better quality
not an easy project because the instructions lack clarity. pieces need better marked. the picture showing assembly should indicate top vs bottom etc. tool povides is worthless. this cant be put togther in 90 minutes. how about 6 or 7 hrs. the over all quality doesnt represent item description. not what I was expecting. if you dont have patience dont buy. badly disappointed in th product. hopefully the manufacture will make changes to his product.
The Friday night wasted
Literally fell apart as I was assembling the dresser. The back cardboard is hard to nail into particle board per instructions. Drawer tracks were bent and wheels had to be hammered inward to fit. The other drawers all stick and do not open and close smoothly. The instructions were followed even though they were very confusing as descriptions didn't match the illustrations. All the pulls are plastic and I'm already needing to replace. (It's been 6 hours!) Most holes were pre-drilled, but the ones I really needed are missing.
Save Your Money!!!
This dresser was professionally assembled. It arrived damaged to start, and the holes didn't line up, then literally started falling apart within the first two months. Chips have appeared everywhere, and screws and boards have started popping out as the thing continues to crumble. One lock no longer works. It is literally a worthless landfill. It deserves a zero rating.
If you want a challenge
First off the direction lie to you you totally need 2 people! It took me and my boyfriend 7 hours to put this beast together!! Also you have to be careful it’s made kinda cheap out of particular board and can bend and crack VERY easily!! But after getting this beast together it’s held up pretty good for my boyfriend who isn’t the easiest on furniture! But man she sucked putting together!!! Oh and putting the locks on the drawers were a pain! A lot of trying and retrying to get them right….but all in all if you have a whole day to blow and want something to cuss at this dresser is totally for you!!! Also she’s super heavy and awkward to move so if she can stay wherever you put her it would be best!
Lots of storage for the price
The dresser was received within a few days of order. It arrived in 2 very heavy boxes. I was home alone, so I opened them and moved the pieces inside in batches. Most were clearly marked with part number stickers, but a few had fallen off. I went thru the packing list, sorted the parts by letter, and familiarized myself with the instructions. For this dresser assembly, organization is key!
DO NOT BUY THIS DRESSER. If zero stars were an option I’d choose that instead of one. After only ...
DO NOT BUY THIS DRESSER.
Buyer beware
We will keep this product because it fits our needs and it took so long to put together. However, if I could go back and do it again I would not buy it. While it looks nice from afar️, there are many things that don't as you get closer. For instance the holes for the screws holding the side panels on are not counter sunk (at least not all of them, some were some weren't), so they stick out a little bit from the side on the ones that were not. They give you caps to put on them, but it looks a bit ridiculous when the caps are sticking out since the screws are flat on the side. It "came" with an anti too mechanism, but it was missing the 3 brackets that belonged with it. The instructions are not easy to follow. It says 2 people for 1.5 hours. It took my husband and I a minimum of 6 hours to build this. While we may not build furniture everyday it is not something we have never done. So while I knew 1.5 hrs was not a realistic time frame, 6 was a bit more than I expected. The pieces were not in terrible shape when we received the, but for the price I paid they were not great either. There were a number thag had scratches on then. When it shipped it only gave me one tracking number, but when I went into that tracking number it said there were 2 packages. One was delivered initially and it took a bit of digging to find that the other was delayed at a stop point during shipping. Thankfully it showed up the next day.
Don't waste your weekend
If you are used to this type assembly then it won't be too difficult for you. If it's your first, you'll be traumatized forever.
very poor quality
The directions were easy to follow. Overall I thought it was easy to assemble. You will need a second set of hands. This is made of waffer/chip board. Bad quality even for low grade material. I cannot stress enough how poor quality the boards are. I am going to have to replace 4 of the boards, because they split when I put the screws in. 5 pieces came in mismatched color (I bought black and got 3 sky blue a red oak and cherry pieces for the drawer support. They don't show, but it bugged me, so I painted them black. The back to the drawer had the corner broken, so its only held on by 1 screw. The plastic pegs are junk. You would be better off just using 2 screws. (you will have to drill new holes though) I was fortunate that the main pieces were functional. I would not buy it again. I almost canceled my order after reading the reviews, but thought I'd take a chance. Wrong decision!
Possibly the worst purchase of our generation.
Quite possibly the worst purchase of our generation. It took me too many hours to build this dresser on my own, but when it was done, I was actually very satisfied with the size and look of the dresser (despite the handles being cheap and falling off the moment I screwed them in). I went to move this dresser with a friend ONE time and the weight was so overwhelming that it fell into pieces from us trying to move it. We didn't even drop it, the wood was just so weak, it couldn't support it's own weight. Two shelves broke off inside the dresser, multiple panels that formed the foundation broke apart, and the wood was snapping into bits everywhere. The money and time I spent on this dresser have all gone to waste. I am very frustrated and unsatisfied.

I purchased this in Mahogany and the color is truly beautiful! On the flip side, the quality is terrible. It is NOT wood as it is described as, it is cheap particle board that crumbles and splits during assembly. Two pieces were even bright royal blue instead of Mahogany! The handles are plastic, not even metal. A power drill was necessary to drill holes the manufacturer neglected to drill and it took 2 days to assemble, not the 90 minutes said. My daughter and I have assembled many things in the past, so it didn’t take 2 days for novices, either. The only reason I did not return this is because I am disabled and could not load the heavy boxes and return them to a store. Don’t waste your money on this!
Do not buy this piece crap
Like most of the reviews on here I read the reviews and went against it and bought it anyway. Don’t do it save yourself the time. It arrived with all the pieces but it comes with these plastic pegs that should be wood that break so easy. Then when your putting it together it asks you to put screws where there are no holes so if you don’t have a drill your really out of luck. It was super wobbly like if you was to bumb in to it looks like it would break. So I kept going think maybe I needed to put the top on and it wouldn’t wobble.. I was so wrong it was still wobbly so after me putting it all the way together I had to take it all apart and I returned it to the store. The instructions that come with it don’t really have words just small pictures thrown on one page which can confuse you. I had to look up YouTube videos but the one I found he was too far from the camera you couldn’t see what he was doing. So overall skip the hassle and just get a different dresser and if you do want to chance it make sure you have a drill you will have to make many holes that should be already there.
Great storage, difficult to assemble.
I love this dresser in every way. It fits so much, and I love that it has a door for easy access to folded items.
Don't Waste Time
Yes, the cost is reasonable, but the quality is terrible. Arrived in two thin, flimsy, loose-fitting boxes. The foam sheets were minimal and very thin, and didn't offer much damage protection. Foam was all over the place once the boxes were opened. Probably because the boards were not secure and shifted around which crushed the foam during transit. Many of the dresser edges were bent exposing the particle wood and damaged the laminate.
Love it but the instructions are a mess
Okay so now that it is done i looove it. Its just what I wanted for storage. However there's a lot of issues with construction. I assembled it with my mom and yes you will want another person's help. The instructions are not very clear and we believe the illustrations are backwards. You really have to set it up to make sure everything will make sense before you screw it in. Second, the instructions for the locks are not very clear, like they assume you should already know how to do it. Its simple just feels like you're doing it wrong. My mom spent like 30 minutes adjusting the hinges on the door because it was not shutting very good but once she screwed it on better it shuts pretty good. Really only shut good if you lock it which is fine for me but others might not like it. Finally, the adjustable shelves are kinda hard to adjust. Its very sturdy since you hammer in what holds them up but I can't imagine if I ever wanted to move them. Also a helpful things is we went to put in a drawer ans it wasnt fitting so we had to adjust some screws which is on pur assembling but just saying in case you find yourself with the same issue. Overall love it just takes some brains to assemble on your own. Also it says 90 minutes to assemble, 90 minutes my butt. Maybe more like 8 hours haha. But I am happy to have it all done and set up!
Worth it.
Set enough time aside to do this. The instructions say 90 minutes for 2 people, and let me tell you that is a lie. Myself, and my friend that put this together, are both great when it comes to building and we took roughly 6 hours to get this altogether.
One time purchase
This is a very good dresser.
