Horrible customer service!!!
I had ordered this fireplace set without realizing my husband had already purchased one and I have been trying to return it for almost 2 weeks. No one will ever answer the telephone, and they continuously tell me they have sent me a return packing slip, which they have not. Unless you buy this in person or you buy this and you know 100% you want to keep it do not purchase!

Easy to assemble and the product was better than I thought it would be for the price
Missing a critical piece
It arrived boxed fine. No issue with anything not fitting, except that part number 2, the central support rod, was missing a critical piece so it can't be used as a stand. On the phone now for 45 min on hold. Still haven't been able to speak with anyone....
Pretty, but, not sturdy
The tongs began to bend in the fire and broke after 2 uses. Very disappointing.
Functional
The Panacea Fireplace Tool set, does the job. It’s also an aesthetically nice addition to the ambiance.
