FABULOUS!

I would highly recommend this couch as it is stylish, functional, and comfortable. However, it can take a while to assemble and the box that it comes in is very heavy. I had the FedEx guy bring it right up to the door and help me across the threshold. If it had been left outside, I would have needed someone to help me. Being on my own, it seemed like a monumental task, however, sit down and read the instructions for a few moments. It is not hard to assemble, but you have to think about things such as putting the arms on the right way round, similarly with the legs. You don’t want to have to redo it so think! Some of the screws are ill fitting and literally will have to be forced a little, this is common with self assembly items from China. There is a useful video on YouTube that will help you also. Don’t get overwhelmed. It’s very easy. If you are doing this alone and depending on your fitness level, you may need help standing it up right when it’s assembled. I also recommend that you Scotchgard it to protect the fabric. Overall, I am absolutely delighted with this purchase, it is great value for money and looks amazing. I would be happy to sit or sleep on it and actually put it into a guest sitting room where others will really enjoy it.

A great product for the price!

I was very impressed with the build quality, design, use of materials and clever construction of the overall package. The compactness of the futon was unreal when you compare the box it came in versus the actual, unboxed final version of the product. The supports for of the futon are integrated into the back of folding cushions by way of a hidden, zippered compartment. Assembly was easy and ingenious. When the futon is used as a sofa bed, it is roughly equivalent to a full-size bed and very comfortable due to the use of memory foam. As for style, the futon is crafted with sumptuous, velvet fabric in vivid colours with tufted backrests that are sturdy and adjustable--especially when used as a sofa bed! To protect the fabric from unsightly stains, I highly recommend the use of Scotch-guard rather than using a fabric cover since the futon is just too beautiful to hide. Just be diligent in its use. I would take a picture of my purchase but my phone died on me at the time of publication. Finally, when factoring in the purchase price of $220.00, this was a no-brainer for all the reasons listed. I absolutely love this non-futon, futon!

assembly

the box us HUGE and HEAVY. AND the box is of low quality, so trying to pull it results in pieces tearing off. It's extremely hard to get in the house and I'm a woman, but not an especially weak one. this box is way too big and heavy and this could easily come in 2 boxes or even assembled, since the box that would require would be less square and probably easier to move. Other than that, I love it. you will need to prop a stabilizer under when its a bed tho, it doesnt have that and weight put on the side that folded down will make it tip. it's pale perfect pink.

First, Walmart beat competitors’ prices by $**** but the speed of shipping and quality of item exceeded expectations. Instructions were easy to follow and it took me about 40 minutes to put together by myself. I was impressed by the folding mechanism that would allow this item to be taken apart and folded in half for moving if necessary, but once the legs went on it was still very sturdy. This is a beautiful vintage-style edition to my dressing room and makes a great spare bed. Yes, it is firm but I just got a mattress topper that provides a good layer of softness. I’ve slept on it twice with no pain the next day so the firmness may also be a benefit. Oh, and my dog thinks it’s his now so I suppose that’s the best review of all. Highly recommend!

Great inexpensive couch

It is quite firm. I imagine it will soften some with use. To use it comfortably as a futon, I'd probably want a mattress topper to spread over it. But as a couch, I can sit on it just fine. Light aqua color is true to the display on my Samsung phone. Mine arrived with no issues except getting an enormous box up city stairs. It was very easy to put together, definitely a one man job. Its slim and lightweight, but it doesn't feel flimsy or like we'll destroy it in no time. I am child and pet free, do it won't be getting very hard use. It's not a forever option, but for my small apartment, it's perfect. And the price is unbeatable.

Sehr hochwertiges Sofa - Schlafsofa. Die Lieferung und Verpackung waren sehr gut. Zuerst war ich überrascht, als ich das Paket sah, aber das Sofa war gefaltet verpackt. Der Aufbau war sehr einfach. Die Farbe und Qualität sind hervorragend. Dass es aus Samt ist, ist ein großer Vorteil, da die Katzen nicht versuchen, daran zu kratzen. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass der Sitzkomfort nicht optimal ist. Bei längerem Sitzen kann es zu unangenehmen Schmerzen kommen.

The couch is comfortable and was easy to put together, but the color did not match what was advertised. I ordered the "light green" couch, which looks like a light sage green in the photos. However, the actual couch is MUCH more blue, almost like a slightly more teal version of robins egg blue.

I read reviews before buying this couch and there were several saying it was not comfortable. I am glad I ordered anyway because I love it. It is comfortable and I even take naps on it during the day. It is the perfect couch for an office. The quality exceeds my expectations considering the cost of the couch. Highly recommend.

I received this Memory Foam Futon from Tallulah and Influenster in exchange for my honest opinion. This is pretty straightforward to put together. While there are “tools” sent with, I recommend using a ratchet on the bolts over the wrench they send. Roughly 45 minutes. Compared to most futons this is a more durable/sturdy option. It is on the firmer side but comfortable. Changes from couch to bed in two clicks. Looks vintage cool. I would recommend this for anyone looking for a stylish, durable futon.

Looks really nice! Comfortable seating-will see how the cushions last over time. Great value. The assembly is really just the legs. We did have to move it upstairs and it was really heavy since it didn’t come apart.

Tallulah Memory Foam Futon, Camel Faux Leather is very sophisticated and elegant. Modern yet classy, spacious enough to seat max 4 people. Convertible to put on your living room, home office, guest room and even in a game room. Vintage, rounded shape with diamond button-dufted back. Very comfortable and soft. Additionaly it can be a bed at the same time, amazing it is! Low maintenance for cleaning because it is faux leather. So if you are looking for modern but classy sofa, this could be one for you also.Highly recomended!

I must say that this futon looks really beautiful. I wasn’t expecting the quality/look to be this nice. It goes perfectly with our office. We have a desk on one side of the room and this futon and bookshelves go on the other side so I can sit and read. This futon is replacing 2 armchairs that were serving the same purpose. It’s comfortable and soft enough. It is also stable. It also seems to be thick enough not to scratch/rip easily, which is important, because we have 3 dogs. I love that one or the other backs can be flattened and that it turns into a bed, but I don’t think we will be using that feature. In theory, assembly should have been quick and easy, because only the sides and legs needed to be attached. I assemble furniture for our house all the time, so this seemed super simple. However, it took me 2.5 hours to put 32 screws in and I’m convinced that my futon came defective. Legs and all necessary hardware came loose in a box. I mean everything was sliding loose inside (there were protective plastic bags for the legs, but the legs were not in them and the hardware was also loose all over the box. There were no instructions neither in that box or anywhere else, but I found it online. I had no issues with aligning one side, but the other one didn’t fit together easily. Also, the lining holes inside didn’t match with all screws, so I had to cut through the lining for 3 of them (the holes were in the lining, just in the wrong spot and the lining couldn’t be moved to align properly). As far as the legs go, there were no issues attaching the middle ones. One of the outer legs went in without any issues as well, but the other 3 legs seemed to have issues with screws not going all the way in. I screwed/unscrewed the screws multiple times and tried different ones in case I wasn’t going straight (which makes no sense for so many of them), etc, but I kept having issues. I could see that they are going in straight and the ones that eventually tightened up are also flush with the base of the legs. I even called my boyfriend so he could try in case I was doing something wrong, but he had exactly the same issues. Most of the screws started going in really well until about halfway through they would stop and not bulge further. I had to use allen wrench and go just little by little to tighten them up, and towards the end I was using a towel to get a better grip, because I had to use a lot of force. I managed to get all, except for 4 screws in. The hardware had a few extra pieces, so I used 2 bolts to add between the base of the leg and the screws to tighten them as much as possible and that worked (you can see that in my photos). I have 2 screws left that are not fully in, but the futon is stable and the legs are not wobbly. I’m sure I can use it as it, but I still want to get 2 more bolts to add to those complicated screws.
