Just what I was looking.

Im saving this item to buy more for my old windows
It was of good quality and matched my old windows. Just a screwdriver to install in old existing holes.
Replaced old latch on window and this fit and worked perfectly.

This was a decent replacement for a traditional style sash lock. Unfortunately the spacing of the holes is different on the latch vs. the keeper so I had to drill new holes in my sash to make it work. Also the color of the finish and the machining of the two sides is a bit different. Some people wouldn't notice but it's disappointing to me.

Unusable. Very flimsy. The thumb lever is thin with a sharp edge. It will either bend/break or slice open your thumb. That said it might make a good box cutter.

The material of which this item is made is too ' flimsy ' . As other reviews mention, it looks ok and installs easily, but -the first time I used it the metal bent ( with very little effort ) instead of drawing the window tightly together.
