No quality control

This is the second rod I received damage. The first one was missing a finial and returned. Preferred a replacement. The second one was scuffed up and the finial was scattered. Returned. Went to Home Depot for a rod.

Lancaster Rods

Lancaster rod are very nice. I would recommend these Lancaster rods.

No, I wouldn't.

The ball at the end of the rod was broken, I glued it to fix it. Both of the outer rod pieces didn't fit into the center rod, I had to glue it together.

Should have exchanged damaged item rather the purchase new item and wait for a credit on damaged item

Stylish

I have some embroidered sheets which are cream background and have a goldish leaf so thought these might be nice. I like the darkened gold and, although the finals are not glass, they are pretty. One of mine has some flaw like glue but it is small and I can position it to not show. I think a decent value for the price.

Beautiful Rod. The color and finial work perfect for my guest room that has an antique furniture. It is very elegant. I ordered a few rods, but one did arrive with a broken finial. Overstock support was able to refund me for the broken one very easily. These rods are not expensive but look very elegant and more expensive than how they are made. Overall, I am happy.

Beautiful and sturdy item. Highly recommend. We were looking for the right rods for our living room and these were it. They blend and match with almost everything in the room and that makes it easy to rearrange and replace furniture without having to worry about these.
