I'm not sure how to explain this bed. We put it together, put the mattress on it and it completely covered the entire frame. You couldn't see the headboard. The part that makes it frustrating is you go to put it together and take all that time and now it looks terrible. I think we have to keep it, but I would definitely think twice before getting this.

Color was much darker than anticipated and headboard was shorter than pictured. After putting pillows it conceals the upper frame entirely. Pro is bed is higher which allows for storage but you cannot use a box spring in conjunction with a mattress. Assembled solo which took about an hour.

The bed is sturdy and fairly easy to assemble. It’s took my husband and I 3 hours (including time spent taking apart old bed, and making a trip to the dump). My only issue is how low the back headboard is. It’s really not even visible which is a huge bummer. My husband plans to drill some new holes and hopefully find a way to make it higher. Just be aware, it is much shorter than it appears in the website photos.

I am going with three stars here for a couple of reasons: 1. The headboard is absurdly low. It’s, like, hospital bed low. Yes, yes, I’d looked at the specs and comments, but still, I thought to myself, you like the color, it’ll be fine. Unfortunately, I did not hold a tape measure to a wall to see just how short 42 inches is. It’s not fine. 2. I did not build the whole thing. Once the headboard was put together, it was evident I’d not be keeping it, so I did a reversal. But! The instructions were pretty easy to follow (if tiny), and the bed itself was nice looking in general, the finish was as shown. It’s a decent bed, and delivery and return were smooth (even though I had to pay for return…buyer beware!!), but the headboard is ridiculously low. If that’s your vibe, then it’s a solid pick.

Absolutely beautiful! Well made. We got it open box for an incredible deal and there was a small dent on one of the short vertical bars of the footboard but it was not noticeable after installation. Very pleased. It did take quite a while to put together but it’s sturdy and not squeaky

This bed looks super cute for my spare bedroom. Also bought one in King size I liked it so much. Very good quality, no noise, very sturdy, easy to assemble.

Only getting four stars because it was a bit cumbersome to assemble. Once assembled it looked great in the space.
