The bars are very solid and beautifully built. However, it did take several months to receive them which required several follow-up messages and phone calls. I thought I had ordered polished chrome but what I received is satin chrome but I can still use them as is. They appear to be very high end.

This is my second order of these grab bars. I originally bought two for one bathroom, and they looked so nice, not clinical, that I ordered four more for my other two bathrooms. However, they are shipped by a third party seller and take about a month to show up.

This grab bar met all my needs. It is neat and beautiful in appearance, while also seems to be very strong.Feels a little heavy, but after installation I dont expect that to be a problem.

being safe does not mean being ugly

I never dreamed that i would find these beautiful grab bars here. I thought i would end up with something that looked like a bathroom stall but i was getting EVERY other item in my bathroom remodel from here so i searched....WOW. so many choices, finishes and designs. I was awed

The look and feel are gorgeous but do not buy unless you actually attempt installation within 30 days. We had a manufacturing defect that was not apparent even as we held it to the wall to decide where to mount it. It was not until after one of the ends was screwed to the wall we found out the other end was slightly twisted so it would not lay flat. You can't have big gaps in a wet situation. Unfortunately, more than 30 days passed before we actually tried installing it. It is definitely worth it to us to pay the extra $$ for this beautiful safety product in the context of our bathroom. Chrome/stainless steel or white looked too industrial, plus, I like the ribbing on the handle. Seems to be more safe than just a smooth, slick surface. (We also bought a longer one for a different wall of the shower and that was fine.)

Beautiful Grab Bars

The Antique Gold Brass Grab Bars I just purchased can only be described as "Wow!" They were heavy weights, superbly designed and engineered, and priced so that I could afford to use them at will in my master bath. My installer was amazed at the quality for the price. Keep up the great work! I'll be back.

Very pretty and HEAVY

Completely renovating a small condo that will someday be our retirement nest, so no better time to prepare for the future than now. Did not want the typical stainless bars, all fixtures are dark bronze. I came across these online and fell in love with the stylish design, and ordered the 24"and the 16 ". The email communication for confirmation, shipment and delivery expectations were right on target. When they were delivered they were just as pretty as the photos showed and goodness are they ever heavy, when ancored properly in the wall I think they would probably be darn near indistructable. They will add a touch of ellagance to the bath. I also dealt with the customer service, which was a very pleasant experience. Thanks guys.

Pretty and functional

Unlike most generic grab bars, this one is very attractive as well as sturdy. It actually adds to the decor of the bathroom. Well worth the price.
