Even better in person

I absolutely LOVE this bed. It's a nice quality, sturdy, well-built piece of furniture that I believe will last for many years to come. The color is gorgeous... it's a deep driftwood color with a dull coat of varnish over it so it's protected. It has two height options and the mattress fits perfectly with no gaps in the headboard or footboard. It doesn't move or make noise when you sleep on it or when the great dane jumps on the bed. If you have floors to protect, you WILL need to purchase or use some pads beneath it. The company that delivered it scratched my floor pulling the footboard to the sideboards when they were putting it together. Also allow about 3 to 4 weeks for delivery even if the website says a week. It may be in stock, but it's sent to a warehouse where they inspect it and schedule it for delivery, then you have to arrange delivery according to their schedule. Wasn't a negative for me (except having my very expensive piano-finish floor scratched), and I would definitely buy this product or from this manufacturer again.

Beautiful Bed

Love this frame. A little more yellow in the finish than I thought. It is a very large frame which fills the room nicely. I have it in the center of our room and unfortunately the back of the headboard is unfinished, which is typical these days.
