Very impressed with this faucet. Made of brushed nickel, it is sturdier than the cheap plastic that the RO system originally came with. Easy install too which was a huge plus! Sure to last many years. I highly recommend buying one.

Great price, nice addition on my sink and incredibly easy to install! Saved $40 by purchasing this RO faucet from Home Depot vs buying one from the company who installed my RO system. I’m 73, absolutely no plumbing experience, but with easy directions, was able to install the faucet. Three yr warranty is an added bonus.

I ordered this RO faucet online from Home Depot. I saved $40 vs purchasing one from the company who installed my RO system. The best part was how easy it was to install! I’m 73 and have no plumbing experience whatsoever. Very pleased that this turned out to be less expensive, works beautifully and was a project I could easily accomplish.

Quickly replaced by manufacturer

I purchased iSpring Deck-mount Cold Water Dispenser less than a year ago. The faucet started leaking. It was easy to communicate with the manufacturer and to receive the replacement within a few days. iSprong's customer service representative Sean was very helpful.

Bad product but customer service is good

The faucet leaks after a few months use. I’ve got it replaced under warranty 3 times!!! I’m done with this product. Customer service was great otherwise.

We were so happy with the look of this faucet but it's unfortunately leaking at the base. We spoke with a plumber and it's definitely due to an issue with the quality of the faucet itself and will need to be replaced. I'll be contacting Bed, Bath and Beyond shortly to see if they will help me since this is brand new.

New tap works fine.. old Ispring tap failed aft 3y

Concidering our original RO tap started leaking. I had no choice to purchase the new one. The one on this review works fine! Concidering the failed tap was from the same company ( I Spring)and only 3 years old, i should not have had to make this purchase.
