Pretty but shedding even after 4 months

The rug was delivered promptly and it looked very beautiful as I imagined. It started shedding from the day it was placed on floor. We kept vacuuming it daily, hoping that it'll stop shedding soon. My robot vacuum runs on it almost every day. But it never stopped shedding. Can't sit on it or walk with socks on. Living room looks dusty.

Love the rug. The texture the thick yet not rough texture. Love the colors - the subtle blue, cream, gray, olive and then the stroke of burnished red. it will be a versatile decortar's palette! Love Love. Now can your design staff recommend living room furniture to complement?

So beautiful. We had previously ordered a runner and small rugs for the entryway and loved them. The larger size in the living room is spectacular. Like all new wool rugs it has a lot of fibers that need to be vacuumed but could not be more thrilled with this purchase.

Rug Keeps Shedding after 10 months.

The rug is very plush, beautiful and soft to walk in, however, this rug stills keeps shedding after 10 months since I bought it. I vacuum the rug weekly. Since the rug fit my living room perfectly, I kept it to give it a chance, maybe the shedding would go away. No luck. It still keeps shedding lent all over the place. By time I decided to return it, the date had expired. So, I am stuck with it. I will be giving it to the Goodwill. I will heed the reviews before I buy the next one.

Very pretty rug with rich colors.The red in the pattern is a deep rust color and the blue is not as blue/green as the online photo.I’m pleased with the thickness and weight of the rug. It came folded rather than rolled, maybe due to the size. After being rolled for 48 hrs as the instructions suggest, it still has fold marks and ridges. Hopefully these will diminish with time. The Home Depot price for the rug was over $100 less than other websites that carry this same rug, so a great buy.

I bought this rug for my newly refinished floors in a long hallway. I had trouble finding the size, color, and design I needed, and searched many sites. This rug works perfectly. The rug is thick, durable, and I have no complaints about it after a year of use.

Just Beautiful

I ordered the 9'x12' for my living room. It is stunningly gorgeous! Wool rugs do shed, but worth it. Blue is like chambray, with cream, ivory, toasty tan, and cranberry with light celery. Love it!

Sheds Incessantly

We've had this rug for 2 years and it's never stopped shedding white microfibers. Every time I vacuum I have a full canister. We can't sit on the floor or wear socks or they'll get stuck to our clothing. I've read in several others places that this is an issue with this (and other) Safavieh rugs. It seems they use faux wool. Do yourself a favor and find another company to purchase your rug from. This one is a complete and utter disappointment.

Rug is pretty and I like the depth of it. HOWEVER the dimensions are significantly larger by more than a foot. It does not fit in my space as well as I would like but after waiting on an out of stock rug and two wrong rugs delivered, I am keeping it and making it work. My daughter's grad party is soon and I really needed to replace my old rug.

It exceeded our expectations! It is beautiful and the colours blend in beautifully with our furniture. I was very hesitant to order a rug unseen, on line but it is perfect and the delivery right on time.
