It wasn’t the correct fit. So I need to return it.

The hose was smaller, the opening is smaller for this model number. I still need to return it.

Excellent product for the price

The window vent fit my small garage windows which slide horizontally very well. My only issue was the hose that comes with the vent is a smaller diameter than the output vent on the floor a/c unit it needed to attach to

Went by the measurements provided online and also spoke with CS and it was still too big.

The kit did not fit my air conditioner; it was unsuitable for my needs.

The window kit didn’t fit. I included the model number and it didn’t help.

Product itself was sturdy and seemed durable however your sizing of the hose as described on the website was way off. We were unable to use the hose at all.

Didn't fit properly with the a/c

I bought this product because it says that is universal kit but it did not fit my portable a/c and the hose is too short.

It worked out just fine

Returned. Did not need it. Air conditioner came with one.
