Fits perfect. I line the inside of the cover with a kitchen garbage for added insulation from wind. It does exactly what I want it to.

Elastic is super tight! I was worried the air conditioner cover might be flimsy and not stay on. Never mind that, this is a great deal and dimensions are accurate. A must have in your home.

the cover was alittle big. But the price was right. It's hard to find a cover for a 8000 BTU unit. I can make it work.
