The weight that keeps the pull out feature is excessively large and gets hung up on the pipes at times. Otherwise, great design and function.

The Harbour Single-Handle Pull-Out Sprayer Kitchen Faucet in Polished Chrome was a good fit to the deep well double sink installed in this kitchen upgrade. The pull-out sprayer has been a great feature in usage of faucets. The single handle increased the life of faucets and reduced the gives a good feel of a sturdy and durable product. I would recommend this product.

Installed this faucet to replace an old one and it make SUCH a huge different in the kitchen - although the rest of the kitchen was re-modeled in the early 2000, this faucet gives the whole kitchen a new modern look. The finish is beautify and the construction feels very durable (it's not too heavy and not too flimsy, which I appreciate).

This weekend I install this faucet to replace one that was in the kitchen for 10-15 years. Four-fifths of the problem was removing the old one to install the new replacement one. The new faucet went in smoothly and connected easily with the hoses that were furnished in the set. Everything went together easily and without the need for normal plumbers Teflon tape. No drips no problem. The faucet allows for pull out sprayer and adjustments for spraying or normal aeration. The temperature lever is on the right side (the way they suggested installing it and the way I did) but could have been placed on the left side if you wanted. It came with all the pieces that were need and included an hex Allen wrench piece that I could not figure out its use, need or purpose from directions or from examining the faucet. The empty box with much high pressure foam in it came in handy for support one's backend while under the sink doing the removal and new installation to support the back. :-) Also another note, the faucet I removed used three holes in the sink, this one only uses one hole so the remaining two holes I got a stainless set of plugs to cover the extra holes.

This is a beautiful looking and extremely well made faucet. If you are not familiar with this brand you should be because they make wonderful products. This is a very heavy and beautiful highly polished chrome faucet that works smoothly, is easy to clean and looks gorgeous. I love the finish on this faucet-it is very shiny and very smooth. The operation of the faucet is flawless and it comes with everything you need to install it. The operation of the pull out sprayer is smooth and without snags, delays, etc. I hope you find this helpful as you choose your next faucet.

The faucet is nice looking but there are serious problems. First, the supplied water lines feel thinner, and they must be European because they have small male ends that screw into the faucet's solid, fixed copper water outlets. But because the metal water lines of the faucet are stubby, just showing out of the faucet, the flexible water lines are not long enough. I think the other ends are 1/2 inch connector and yes you could rig a connector barrel to another hose (in fact you have to), but the point is the hoses are proprietary for the faucet so if your copper water lines are not high enough for the flexible lines, you have to rig; no such hose type is sold anywhere. Second, there is no supplied sink deck plate and since most American sinks are three or four holes (except under-granite ones), I could not install the faucet without a sink deck plate to cover my hot, water holes in the sink. A sink deck plate is special order and hard to match up from a screen image. It took three days for the plate to arrive while my sink was out of use. I see the pullout hose is not as long as the original faucet. This does not mean much unless you like filling a pot of water on the counter, to the side of the sink. I did rig the water lines, and I did get a sink deck plate. I find the water pressure to be so-so. It looks OK but because the installation was difficult (too short flexible water lines and not alternatives sold in any store off the shelf, no deck plate), and because the water pressure was so-so, I cannot recommend this product. When a faucet has proprietary ends on the water lines, you have few options if the flexible water lines do not make it to the copper water lines. When a faucet does not have a deck plate and American sinks do have three to four holes unless you buy a double sink or an under the counter sink, it deals itself out of any substantial position in the market place. I got it all working but this was a bad installation experience and why when there are other alternative on the market. This may be a good European product option, but not in the American market.

A better design than many faucets, as the spray head reaches deep over the sink without hitting overhead cabinetry, and there is less splashing since the head is better centered over the sink. I surely wish that the stores would stock this brand instead of the more common name brand faucets, because Anzzi has some of the best-built faucets in the industry. The heavy-gauge brass body, and flexible supply lines are superior to the plastic internals and somewhat inflexible PEX supply lines of the competition. Only complaints I have are that the instructions could be better, as the print is too tiny, and the availability of replacement parts is unknown, as there are no part numbers listed for them. But, this is a common problem in the industry and only a few manufacturers provide this.

This is a great looking product with a wonderful chrome finish! Unfortunately, there was a small defect, which I had call the manufacturer about. I must say the ANZZI Customer support agent I spoke with was outstanding and very knowledgeable. Following my explanation of the issue she promptly processed an RMA for a replacement spray head assembly.

We were looking for a more upscale replacement for the garage sink. This one fits the bill! Like any other faucet, it’s straightforward to install- Crescent wrenches, replacement SS fast connection water supply hoses. We decided to replace the old sink at the same time so I picked one up at our Home Depot. With its pullout sprayer this faucet makes garage cleaning chores and wash up much easier.

We installed this in the apartment we were staying in after Harvey. We found that the one already in the apartment was so low that you couldn't fill up a water pitcher or even a large pot of water. The only thing we had to do to make it fit in the existing sink was hole covers for where the hot/cold knobs were from the old faucet. I circled the holes in my picture. One more thing I really love is that the handle pulls out from a low position, which makes it really easy to maneuver.

Got this faucet during the HD sale for $139.00. Nice looking, easy to install but so much built-in flow restriction as to make it utterly useless. The spray option barely pushed food particles in the sink to the drain and the switch to toggle between regular and spray was finicky and wouldn't stay set with the water running. Returned it and instead bought the Kohler Worth faucet. It cost more but is a 1000% better unit.

[Rewarded Review] Great faucet for new installs. OK for three hole remodels.

I'm typically in favor of brushed nickel look, as it seems to look better even with a cheaper setup that Chrome. However, this faucet looks great in Chrome.

[Rewarded Review] Nice faucet but..

This is a very nice quality kitchen faucet with only one drawback. It does not come with an Escutcheon plate to cover the old 3 hole faucet openings! I'm not sure how they could overlook this important option. This would be great for new installs, but if you are putting this in an older 3 hole sink, there is no way to cover the old faucet holes. I went to the manufacturer's website and they do not have ant plates available.

[Rewarded Review] Modern Looking and excellent Quality

Faucet was very easy to install with very few tools needed. The quality of this faucet as you can see by the pics is excellent. It is well made and very modern looking. The pull out sprayer works very well and goes back into place when you release. The sprayer itself gives a very good overall spray area and is very good pressure. The faucet had no leaks. Very modern looking and stylish.
