Poorly constructed. Original and replacement leaked. I had to incur the expense of original installation and removal and replacement with different brand.

It is leaking already

I was a little disappointed when I opened the box to see there wasn’t really any weight to it.

Pluses and minuses

Nice looking. Very difficult to find the “just right spot for warm water, it’s easy for just hot or just cold”. Hose for sprayer is too long so the weight on the bottom just sits on the bottom of the cabinet defeating its purpose of locking it back to the faucet. Sprayer is chintzy plastic. If I knew all that from the before installing I would have chosen something else. Do like the lower profile

Nice faucet but Flow Switch is Cheap

About a year after we bought it the flow switch stopped working, It Wouldn't switch back from spray to flow, so the only way to go back to flow is to turn it off and on. Now, about three years in, the flow switch is leaking water wildly, so it gets everything wet around the sink. Seemed well made when we bought it and maybe three years is the life of a faucet, but we had our former faucet for more than 10. Disappointing.

Beautiful faucet - clean and simple. Pull out faucet works smoothly. Very happy with purchase.

This is our second one after about ten years. This updated version pulls out easier than the last for spraying. There is also a third level of water flowing for Pat filling. Cleanseasily.

Nice faucet, but awkward to turn off

Nice faucet, but it takes some getting used to. With the handle on the right side, we thought it would work out well for the two of us who are right handed. Not so much. You have to operate it with your right hand while holding the glass, coffee pot, whatever, in the left hand. Feels awkward. Our biggest problem with it is that if you don't get the handle in exactly the right spot, you haven't turned it off and the faucet is still running. Sounds ridiculous, but we have left the water running numerous times in the past week. If we had it to do over, we would have had the plumber install it with the handle on the left. That would probably have worked better for us.

Great faucet

This faucet is everything I hoped. The stainless finish is perfect and the size and reach of the faucet is perfect for my sink.

So far Very Good faucet; best part is it's height. We have low cabinets with only 14" clearance. We had to replace a faucet and we were limited in our choices- this one is a little over 12-1/4" high. Fits very nicely.

Great faucet

I love this faucet. The spray is just right and the power boost feature for regular flow is excellent for filling pans and washing up dishes. Plus the color is a deep bronze with flecks of copper that match my copper cookware.

So far so good. Haven't installed it yet but very pleased with the ability to search for specific attributes. Quality appears to be good.

We enjoy this faucet a year later

The overall look and feel of the main assembly is solid. However, the sprayer end feels like plastic, detracting from the overall look and feel. The weight used to retract the sprayer hose also does not weigh enough, so sometimes you have to push that back in. Installation caused approximately 35 curse words to erupt from the plumber, so I am glad I paid to have it installed. Every other aspect, including the long hose and the 2.0 GPM option is awesome.

The sprayer is way too hard of a spray and there is no way to adjust it. The sprayer button is hard to switchbon and off. It makes a lot of messes. I am not a fan. The handle has to get in the perfect spot when you shut it off, otherwise it will drip. Its installed now, and I did get a good sale, so Ill live with it for the time being. I definitely wont lose sleep when it breaks. Haha!
