Terrible, yet Expensive

The build quality of this faucet is terrible given the high price. As soon as the faucet had water pressure the pull-down hose disconnected from the spray head and water goes everywhere. There is some manufacturing defect.

Flimsy garbage. Crap

It arrived at 3 pm, I had it installed by 4:45 and uninstalled by 5 pm. Headed back to Home Depot now to return it. This thing is flimsy and cheaply constructed. Boy do I feel dumb. I should have put hands on it first. The shaft slides onto a cheap plastic piece and moves freely. It should have set screws or something. What a piece of garbage. I’m irritated by the time I’ve wasted.

Touch activation very touchy

I have remodeled a lot of homes, and lived in them after. I would not buy the touch version again. It doesn't work well and can shut the water off for a while when it gets confused. We have a lot of problems just turning the faucet on. We have to turn it on with the handle and then touch it again. I have had two other touch activated or touchless faucets and they worked well . This one is a pain. The one good thing is that the handle can be rotated to the front, so you really don't need the touch activated version to keep water from dripping near the handle all the time. I would buy the standard version over the touch activated version. My other problem is the spray head seems to ricochet water all over the place. I haven't had this problem with other faucets. Even when I turn the pressure down under the sink this faucet seems to ricochet water everywhere and the counters always get wet. I wouldn't buy this faucet again.

Great faucet

Easy to install, works well without any issues. I do wish I could turn the auto off feature off. It does get a little annoying but it’s a very minor complaint.

Beautiful

I just had this faucet installed in my laundry room. I was concerned that the finish would be too brassy, since I ordered online and never saw it in person. I was pleasantly surprised that the gold finish is a soft gold. It matches perfectly with my cabinet and drawer pulls. The craftsmanship is high quality, also. I chose not to install the soap dispenser. I highly recommend this product.

Beautiful Faucet

We replaced a satin nickel faucet with this beautiful champagne bronze faucet to coordinate with our champagne bronze cabinet hardware. The simple streamlined design & finish quality is beautiful. It was an easy install process, since our original faucet was also Delta brand. We did not need the soap dispenser, so unfortunately threw it away which felt wasteful... I wish this had been available to purchase without the dispenser, from a waste perspective. Can't speak to the durability of this specific model, however prior faucets I've had from Delta have held up wonderfully so I expect this will as well.

TAP! TAP!

Just a tap and water runs! Light indicator changes colors descretly as water temperature changes. Faucet swivels and has spray button on the pull down. Finish is stainless look and cleans easily. Product needs ac adapter underneath sink although runs on batteries.

Fancy

So far I love it! No complaints and Easy to use. We did not install this ourselves. We hired a company to do our renovation work, but we ordered, and provided this for their plumber to install.

Best Faucet Ever

A beautiful fixture that also provides an easy function of no touch. The Trinsic is a nice balance of modern/traditional. Purchased (separately) an adapter so that we wouldn't have to mess with batteries. Would purchase this faucet over and over again (this is our second (sold house) - and our first in black).

Touch free faucet for the win

I honestly never really thought much about kitchen faucets, but I have to say I absolutely love this one! The hands-free touch aspect of the faucet is absolutely the best. Highly recommend.

Sleek and beautiful

Works perfect and like the height and the swing out over the sink. Option for regular or spray. Easy to use. It knows if you just want to move it or a touch will turn on the water.

Terrible Faucet

We have had this faucet for 7 months and I'm replacing it ASAP. We have had to replace the 6 batteries three times. It turns off whenever it feels like. Then it can be very picky about when it wants to turn back on. I just want a faucet that WORKS CORRECTLY.

NICE BUT LEAKING

I was so excited to have this faucet installed in my own kitchen (I am a kitchen designer and contractor) but unfortunately it's leaking. I have a video I would love to share but this site allows only YOUTUBE....

Love it

We got 2 of the Touch faucets ~6 months ago, one for the 32" main sink and another for the 17" prep sink. For the prep sink we maybe could have gone with the smaller model, but the full size one works fine and doesn't look out of place. On a sink smaller than 17", you'd probably want the smaller one.

Absolutely the best

Owned this 5 years. We love it. It is great with Alexa for precise measurements. Love the presets to do things like "Delta, fill coffee pot." It's awkward to go to friends house and actually touch the faucet. This is my first review ever of any product.

The shape and color are perfect, and so far we’ve had no issues with the pull down. However, every surface of the faucet (including the handle) is touch sensitive. This means when you turn it on using the handle it almost immediately turns back off due to you “touching it”. We were warned by the plumber who installed it never to leave the handle open for long, making the touch sensitivity only good for when you have a long dishes session where you want to turn the water off at points. Unfortunately, my kids forget and leave the handle open and the faucet will turn on randomly if left open too long. If I did it again, I’d save the money and buy the non-touch sensitive version.

This faucet would be amazing but for one major design flaw. The fact that absolutely every inch of it is touch sensitive makes it incredibly hard to deal with. if you're interested in turning the flow of water up, or in making the water warmer or colder, grabbing the handle does none of those things. Instead, it turns the faucet off. You have to grab the handle a second time to adjust the water flow and/or temperature, and then sometimes touch it yet again to get water to flow. If Delta had thought to leave the handle NOT touch sensitive, it would have made this product SO much better. I love the faucet's looks, but having lived with it now for over a year, I regret this particular purchase simply because dealing with this faucet is an ongoing low-grade irritation.
