Boosts “strictest quality standards”-joke

Received with many “sharpie” marks that had been used to cover up scratches. Also surface scratches and an area on the light with inconsistency in spray coverage. For a company that literally sends notes with their products boosting about their “strictest quality standards” and “crafted with obsessive attention to detail”, I am sorely dissatisfied and sad.

Looks great just takes quite a while for the wires to relax and hang straight.

Great price for these stylish pendants. A bit hard to get them to hang evenly, but patience and extra time did the trick!

We returned these as they were too light to pull the cord straight. Perhaps if you hear them with a hair dryer and pull them down for a few days they would set. But we didn’t want to do that.

Didn’t fit my space

These were much smaller and not as much of a statement as I was hoping for to hang over my farmhouse style dining table. That was my fault by not looking at the measurements. They felt a little cheap but didn’t look that way from afar. I think it’s priced accordingly. if you are looking at it for a smaller space then it could look really nice.

Really nice and goes well in the kitchen's island, the only issue is the hanging pendent cables are too long and tried to make them short but it is impossible and had to roll in the center to shorten the pendants and look unpleasant... any one out there know how to shorten the pendant cables????
