Not so great

When we got this, it was a little damaged, but nothing major so we decided to keep it. It was on the bottom. Since then, we play it a decent amount of time and where the puck hits beside the goal, there is a chunk of wood that broke. Not a huge deal, but also not the point. I do not recommend.

The table came with lots dents on it and electronic module is bugging out … fans wont get started …. My kids were sad as this was their chrismas gift

Broken wood pieces and blowers don’t work.

It’s a very nice looking table, but the wood cane damaged. Put it together for our kids for Christmas and the blowers don’t work. So now that we already have it set up in the basement we have unassemble it, repackage it, and send it back. There should be a replacement option or replacement parts option. It’s very discouraging since this was the main gift. From other reviews, we should have known better..

I am having a sofa that is to be assembled on Sunday the 15. The hockey table has already been delivered. Why can't I pay to have it assembled at the same time?

Buyer beware if your not handy with fixing things

Important screw holes stripped, like the blower motor mount. Table leg end was broken off. Shipped that way, knowing that it was damaged. Not damaged during shipping, sent that way from the factory. If you don’t have glue, clamps and know how to fix stripped out screw holes, you will be sending this back. All said and done, I’m giving it 2 stars because I was able to fix the issues and it seems to be decent but how long it lasts remains to be seen. Read instructions carefully. DO NOT over tighten screws or bolts. Also the paddle size is very small.

Do not purchase. What a great way to start Christmas Eve of putting your kids gift together and it’s BROKEN! We are heartbroken as this is something we were so excited about. There is several holes the size of a tennis ball! Walmart is only able to offer a small discount or to just return.

Perfect for indoor play, when cold outside.

It’s perfect for the family to play air hockey. The kids saw what it was when it was delivered so they got their Christmas gift early. So since then all the kids (18) from 2 families have been enjoying taking turns and playing with cousins.

When it’s broken return it

When it came the box has a hole that hits the tray and so it’s broken. I don’t want to go thru the process of returning so we taped it and works. I let Walmart know about it and gave me discount. However, when everything was set up the electronic score on the other side doesn’t work sometimes will work and so we have to do manual scoring. I contacted walmart again about it to send me parts for that. When received still didn’t work and much worse, didn’t work at all. The lesson I’ve learned is that if something is broken or doesn’t work return it.

Very cheap material, but i expected that for the price. What I didnt expect is that the electronic scorekeeping is way too sensitive. When the puck hits near the goal, but not in it, the scoreboard counts it as a goal. Very frustrating. I do not recommend purchasing this.
