As beautiful as this is, I give it only 4 stars because there's no easy access to clean or maintain the house from the bottom. The roof can be removed its not an easy task. I'm on an 8-acre ranch with a variety of small bird species, but none have moved in so far. It is a little bit pricy for a Birdhouse and so I only hope birds will like it too! I also Will hope it holds up in our NW weather conditions. It is very beautiful as purely a decorative item for a porch or outdoor area.

Unique metal birdhouse. Looks great in the garden. unfortunately, I do not see a way to clean it if a bird makes a nest in it. It seems to be more of a decorative type item.

Love this birdhouse! Very large and fast shipping.

I agree with some other reviews. First the finial does arrive crooked, but it will attach and can be pulled straight with a muscle. Then, if you have a person that can get their hand in the opening in the front, then it will be easy to mount . My husband drilled a hole in the bottom first, then we sat it on top of the 4x4 post. I then put my hand in the hole with the bolt and washer and attached it from the inside. It is totally doable.

I can hardly wait to put this in the garden. I was thinking originally about one place and now have many ideas for its "home." May need to get another... a lovely balanced entry across a woodsy pathway perhaps.

I really love the look of this bird house. Such detail and good quality. I have had the birdhouse for a year and it has withstood the hot SC summer and our winter. Would definitely recommend.

Funnest birdhouse ever

Arrived in pristine condition due to fantastic packaging. Is everything I expected it to be. Big, gorgeous, and solid construction and material. Just have to figure out a way to mount it on a 4 x 4. Flat bottom, no other openings except front bird door.
