It's nice and heavy

I love the color of this cast iron casserole. It is very heavy, lid is heavy too. The only thing is it does not cook up as well as I like. It burned a lot even with it greased. Nice to look at not practice to cook in.

Love it!

I love this 3.5-Quart Enameled Cast Iron Casserole! It's the perfect size for our family of 3. It heats up quickly and cooks nicely. I can't wait to try it for baking bread! I absolutely love the look of it. It adds a beautiful pop of color to my kitchen.

Pretty and practical

I love the looks and smaller sized and lighter Dutch Oven. I've used it for pot roast and to bake crusty bread. It works on induction and is great for stove top to oven braised cooking and pretty enough to head right to the buffet. It cleans up easily too.

So easy to clean

I have made so many things with the iron casserole. The first thing I made when I got it was a big pot of beef stew. All the stuff went in one pot and the best thing is you can put it from the stove top to the oven. It is a heavy pot but with it being cast iron that is to be expected. It is easy to clean. Even after getting stuff stuck to the bottom. Love the color also.

Slow cook in style

I had a similar cast iron covered casserole, a bit wider & shallower than this pan. Both are 3.5qts which is a wee bit big for me as I'm cooking for one! This shape, taller kinda like a stock pot, is great for stews & simmering karger portions of meat. I like the style on the lid--simple but adds some pizzazz. The enamel interior makes it easy to clean! Be sure to treat it like any quality non-stick cookware: don't use metal utensils or abrasive cleaners/harsh scrub pads. Very heavy as all cast iron is, so it holds heat well & allows you to cook with less energy consumption. Don't recommend this for an electric stovetop, I don't think it would get hot enough to be efficient. Not compatible with induction.

Best Dish!

I love this enameled cast iron casserole dish. Can be used for so many things! I’ve been using it to bake my sourdough bread, the bread comes out perfect every time! The soft mint color is great for any kitchen. I would give it 10 stars! I highly recommend for yourself or would make a great gift!

LOVE This Pot

I LOVE this pot!! I have a bigger one but it is too big for my husband and I since we are new empty nesters. This pot helps me keep the portions under control for the two of us. I love the color, it is so pretty but it is also totally functional. I can sear roasts or sauté vegetables and finish the cooking process in the oven, which makes for good meals and less clean up.

Perfect Size

This is a smaller iron out than my regular ones and I love it. It is perfect for smaller soups, casseroles, etc.. I love the mint green color, it is the first enameled iron pan that I have ever had so well see how it holds up. The design on the lid is really pretty too.

SO pretty and versatile!

I was so thrilled with this item when it came in that I took photos and shared them with all my friends and family, lol. It's so pretty, and very substantial. The color is vibrant, the pot is sturdy, the enameling is consistent. The great thing about enameled cast iron is that you can use it on the stove OR in the oven. It washed easily - although it is heavy and slippery when wet - and it looks great even if you don't have room in your cabinets. I'll definitely be picking up some more pieces from this line. I haven't had it long enough to judge its durability accurately, but so far: Great quality and a great price!

Excellent Cast Iron Caserole

First the color is beautiful. This pot is very heavy, but does a great job at cooking food evenly and fast. I have great plans on using it for stewing and meat tenderizing.
