An exceptionally beautiful rug. It is a lovely mix of colors. Really makes its leafy design have a nice pop to it as it is more than just green. I especially love how the bright whites are used to give a nice pop to its design. The rug even has top notch durability, ensuring it can last for many years.

Meet Our Needs

We live in an older home with inconveniently sized rooms. That makes finding off the shelf rugs in the right size nearly impossible. I was hesitant to buy a rug offline without seeing it in person, but this was a Deal of the Day and took the leap.

This area rug is just beautiful. The colors in it pulled the whole room together. I used it in my living room. I have white curtains with faint teal leaves and wine-red sofa and loveseat, and the wall color is an old-world plaster, light and burnished yellow. I was going to change something, but now everything fits perfectly. I put this area rug on top of a very plush carpet, and so I had the issue of it bunching, but now I have covered the whole back of the area rug with strips of carpet tape (both the sticky kind and the rubbery (like shelf paper liner) kind. (If you are laying it on a bare floor or a low pile carpet, you probably won't have this problem. We had an area rug over our previous wall-to-wall carpet and it stayed perfectly flat. After we replaced the wall-to-wall carpet, the area rug began bunching. I replaced it with this new one that I am reviewing. A relative asked for the first area rug. She has a lower-pile rug with less padding. The area rug has stayed flat for her. And then I realized it was the plushness of the wall-to-wall carpet combined with the thickness of the padding that was the problem. But I was glad I made the change because I had been looking for months for a rug that could incorporate all of the colors in the room without looking juvenile.) We have been really active in the room getting it ready for the holidays and still the rug lays perfectly flat. And it's like looking at art every time I see it. It adds a feel of elegance to the room. I have had this rug since September, 2018.
