I love these souper cubes. This gift pack is perfect to get someone started. Once everything is frozen, I pop the food out and put them in zip locks properly labeled with date and description. My freezer is organized and on evenings when you need to prepare a quick meal, you can still provide a home cooked meals and not compromise.

I love this set. The trays are so versatile & I've already used a tray to freeze soup. As I plan to use them often, I recommend this handy set as a great asset for kitchen supplies.

They will come in handy, I've already used the small one for freezing lime and lemon juice.

I just love these. They are just what I needed. I have only had them a week and have used them to freeze stock and eggs. The frozen cubes come out so nicely and easily. I have a large garden and chickens. I am alway freezing the bounty and these will be used often and make the process so much easier.

I absolutely love these! They are incredibly sturdy. I have used them for chili, soup, corned beef hash, mashed avocado...I used to freeze things in plastic containers. Never again!

I’ve had these for seven months now and I like the measurements for my baking needs. I have only used the smallest size so far for lemon juice portions and I use it every day. I guess I don’t cook as much as I thought that I would need to freeze portions of stock or something. I like that each portion stays in place when I’m popping out what I need. It’s easy to transport and to store as well. Made well.

Start with this set of four different sizes and never throw anything out again. Squeeze the rest of that lemon into tablespoon-size cubes. Freeze the unused buttermilk in full and half-cup portions. Freeze the yogurt that is up against the use-by date. Then use the 2-cup and 1-cup cubes for soups and stock. They will not only save you money, reduce plasitc waste by using an entire product but pack your freezer efficiently. Store the frozen cubes in LABELED freezer bags. You will eventually buy additional one and two cup containers for soup and stock-making days..

This has made throwing a cube of broth here and there so easy for sauces. I use the bigger ones to keep stock for future use too.

For our seventy something lifestyle, meals made for 4 or 6 servings transfer easily to these cubes giving my homemade meals a more appetizing and premeasured look. And if you enjoy nice cream, and want to make your own these are the only way to go. I've given sets of these away to my friends and family who like to cook. Get some and you won't know how to function without them

Tops came broken. They replaced them at no cost but I'm worried they will be delicate and something that goes in and out of the freezer with the temperature changes might not last long. We will see how it goes.
