Needs better packaging for shipping
Don’t get me wrong, this rug is beautiful but the shipping packaging of it needs to be improved. My rug arrived to me with the packaging ripped and torn in several places. Due to this, a small area of the rug looked like it had been cut with a box knife and was damaged. I reached out to Kohls to see what we could do about it without my having to return the rug because my closest Kohls is over an hour away, so returns are not convenient for me. They either wanted me to return the rug to the store or ship it back at my expense and I just was not willing to do either, so I kept the rug and fortunately the location of the damage is covered by a piece of my patio furniture. I asked for an additional discount and to just keep the rug but return was their only answer so I just decided to take it as it was and keep it.
