Easy install; great product. Very happy with American Standard and this lovely bidet seat.
received items quickly. size was slightly smaller than my previous u shaped one. seat is a little smaller too. material use ok, but a little less weight to automatically lower, a little disappointed of the cheaper plastic used for an item more expensive than my hibbent brand used previously. hopefully this one doesn't break so soon.

At this price level, given the trusted brand, its incomprehensible that all the piping connectors, tap, and the spray switch are made of plastic (even neighborhood the hardware store sell metal parts nowadays for cheap). with the amount of effort to find the right fit and to install this thing, one would hope for more durable parts.sales service level is not one would expect from a branded maker. They will respond to messages very quickly but its aways a generic response with no real information.

Lower pressure and smaller ring. Does not fit 100% with American Standard toilet. Noisy. For the expensive price, expected better quality.

bought this as replacement for my toilet bowl. item fit. note that warranty, manual are in English and Thai. warranty card ask to be returned to an address in Thailand and doesn provide anyway for online registration. not sure why.
