I purchased these for a small propane fire pit I found on the Walmart website. The price was fantastic...I used these to replace the lava rocks that were provided with my purchase. They really enhance the pit. The 10 pound bag had an ample supply for my 15 inch round pit. I actually had some left over...

Excellent Upgrade

This is definitely better than lava! Some reviewers have complained it is not aqua... it looks white in the bag. However, as soon as I rinsed it and dumped it in the fire pit, it was a beautiful aqua. For reference, my pit size is 19" x 19" and maybe 2-3 inches deep. This is 20 lbs of glass. I have decided to order one more to more fully cover the element.

GLASS PIECES ARE A VERY PALE GREEN LIGHTER THAN PICTURED. WE REPLACED THE LAVA ROCKS IN OUR TWO OUTDOOR GAS FIRE COLUMNS. THE SMALL GLASS PIECES LOOK VERY NICE WHEN FIRE COLUMNS ARE LIT. 10 LB BAG IS AMPLE TO FILL SEVERAL UNITS. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THIS PURCHASE.

Perfect for replacing lava rocks in gas fire pit

Love this fire glass! Great sea green color and rounded corners make them a safe family favorite. These are 10 lb bags and I ordered 5 for my 29 inch round gas fire pit. So much better than the lava rocks, which get wet and shot out at high speed when heated. I feel so much safer with these in our fire pit especially with little ones running around our backyard. We will enjoy smores and fireside chats with these for many years to come.

Misleading photo and description

Item I received was not as pictured at all. Very disappointed. Is not clear glass with blue hue but Large glass shapes coated with dark Coating.
