I wanted to love this so so badly. The first one that came in was shattered. Customer service was amazing!! They didn't force a return, just photos of the damage. They sent me a new one and shipping was relatively quick. It arrived undamaged and I was so excited to give this to my husband as a Father's Day gift. Unfortunately, within a week of having it, the chiminea discoloured, paint was chipping off, and a crack formed in the mouth of the chiminea. As much as I loved the look, the quality was sub par. We ended up ordering a cast iron one instead and ultimately returned this one. I have yet to receive my refund, however. FedEx picked it up 2 days ago and I have zero tracking information or confirmation that it was received.

Too small

Much too small for what we want. I know the dimensions where in the description but we miss judged them. The chiminea appeared to be decent quality but not what we want.

The chiminea has multiple cracks.

Disappointed

It is very small, and not worth what it cost! We returned the item and found a larger one for less than a third the cost.

This Chimenea is beautiful! I love it! Gives off decent amount of heat if you are in close proximity.
