Not Really 1/4"

The glass was still in large chucks and not yet broken down into 1/4" pieces. I had to tap most with a tack hammer to complete the process. What made matters worse is these were layered on top of 1/4" glass from an earlier order and the bigger pieces really stood out.

Remember, we're dealing with humans!

We ordered the product above, the Copper Reflective Tempered Fire stones, several times. It took us three orders to get the color correct. The picture above clearly describes what we wanted to order and the first two orders came with blue Fire Stones...unacceptable! Finally, the third order got it right!

Pacific Blue glass

I was actually looking for the Pacific Blue reflective glass, but it wasn’t included in your Black Friday sale. (I needed more to cover our existing fire ring completely that is filled with Pacific Blue reflective.)

Beautiful color, love the look of the glass in the fireplace with the Birch logs. If the reflection side is too much, just turn the pieces to create a different look

Reflective glass

I bought 7 bags and they were clean with good blue color. I purchased 7 more and they were dirty and barely had any color. Now I need more to cover the top to hide bad glass

Acrylic fire glass for fireplace

A Big Step Up From Lava Rock

Here’s the difference: holds good heat as lava but without the exploding, flying pieces as it holds no moisture. The reflective shards reflect much more light so its brighter. Its also less dirty and the blue is very attractive lit or not.

I wanted to update on my previous review. The company reached out and were kind enough to send out a replacement in a very fast manner. They also made me aware that the size description was on the thickness of the glass pieces, not the length. I love the customer service this company has. I will continue to use and recommend it to others.

Like the product, delivery was no problem. However, there was a note under the amount calculator about using М_‰ЫЎЃХ_ instead of М_‰ЫЎЃХ_" fire glass for propane fire pits. That was the only place I saw that recommendation and I DIDN'T see it until I made a second order because we needed more glass. I wish that recommendation had been in other places and more noticeable."
