Extremely difficult to replace filters

I am not sure why you made it so difficult to chnage the filters . Its so difficult to even remove them from the casing. My previous filter system was so easy to chnage. Which encorages users to chnage their filters often

I unfortunately ordered the wrong cartridges for my RO system. I wanted to return them and get a refund. I dealt with Ray who communicated promptly and advised of the refund progress every step of the way.

Stock up on filters

The under sink reverse osmosis system has been upgraded. The individual three cartridges filters no longer fit the new system. The company has lots of parts and filters available to service the old systems, but you might want to order an extra set before they're gone.

The last 2 times I've installed new filters they leak for about 3 weeks. Customer support can't help.

Easy to swap new ones in

It was pretty interesting taking out the old filters and seeing some of the gunk it kept out of our water. The filters where easy to swap in and out. The water taste great and I feel confident with the water quality that comes out. I'm very happy with them.

Leaking

System still has unpredictable problems

One of the two rubber O-rings at the top of the replacement yellow filter got mangled during a straightforward insertion. Its condition was noticed when a massive leak occurred upon reopening the water supply.

These filters were easy to install.They do a excellent job of removing contaminates.

Installation was pricey because we hired someone but the water tastes amazing and we haven’t had any problems so far!

I'm not sure if the picture is accurate. As far as I know, we only received the middle two replacement filters. Not all 4

worth the money

Thanks to the aquasana filters, our water no longer tastes like dirt and is clear rather than cloudy. Our tap water is heavily chlorinated, and the filters take all the smell and taste away. Installation is fairly straightforward and we were able to do it ourselves, without the help of a plumber.

Better than expected

Works great. Water taste good and the water flow is really good. We did have a plumber install.

love the taste

Water tastes excellent and love the convenience. As far as replacing filters, it would be helpful to have marks to line up on the filter and where it screws in to get it in correct position to turn.

Great System!!

5 years ago we had the OptimH2O Reverse Osmosis + Claryum Filters installed under our kitchen sink. We had used a Counter Top AquaSauna Unit for many years before that. We are very pleased! I have changed and installed all the components of the system over the years. It is not difficult. The more room you have under your kitchen sink the easier it is the change the filters. We will continue with AquaSauna in the future. Customer Service does an especially good job!
