Great but last less than expected

I had to replace filters 2 months after installation!

Safe Drinking Water & Great Customer Service

We are on well water & have been using bottled water for years. With the concern of microplastics, changing to RO was a no brainer but the cost of systems we received from local services was not in our budget. A friend recommended AquaSauna. We purchased the under sink unit with the subscriptions to receive the filters to replace on the recommended schedule. The first 3 or so months, the flow was extremely slow & we thought it was because it because of the smaller faucet but then my husband started researching & learned it may be a defective bladder. He called Customer Service, they concurred with his assessment & sent a replacement. It arrived quickly & that resolved the problem. Love drinking fresh RO H2O!!! THANK YOU!

good product but replacement filter was confusing

The initial product was good but when I looked for the replacement part it was confusing. The code on the filter did not take me to the proper replacement part. Then I had to read to get the filters ai needed. I still ended buy buying one out of the 4 that doesn't fit it was a bit infuriating.

Buyers regret!

1.5 years with this system, after changing filters and membranes ($225+) AND having no use of our system for 2 weeks while we waited for shipment of a new connect piece that ISNT mentioned ANYWHERE in the filter replacement instructions- we have suddenly had issues with air in the lines, sounding like a jackhammer under my sink. Multiple calls to customer service and tried every fix I've true last 3 weeks and told to buy a new membrane, another $60+ s/h.

Pure Clean and Excellent tasting water

We are very happy with our Aquasana under the sink drinking water system. Knowing that this is removing all contaminants and then adding back the most important minerals is truly one less thing to worry about. The water tastes very good. We even hooked another line up to our refrigerator so we have two options, cold and colder water. The systems is fairly easy to install meaning you can do it yourself. Filters are easy to access and change out. I highly recommend this filtration system.

Shipped a defective filter and flooded my basement

I ordered a replacement remineralizing filter and when I installed it, per the included instructions, it began leaking all over my basement floor. I tried four consecutive times to install the filter with the same result every time. I ended up taking the filter off of my second unit (To be installed in the fall) and replaced it in my first unit. The alternate filter installed without issue. When I contacted the Support line they only suggested that I try to re-install the faulty filter.

Good customer service

I reordered the replacement parts. It was easy to relocate and replace in jiffy without hassle.
