Installed this filter system, it's fairly heavy so needs to be properly supported, filter works well, just wish the filter housing was clear so you could look when it needs replaced.

Have not received full order yet . It has been twenty eight days.

Easy to install

Straightforward installation. Notice clearer ice cubes and eliminated any odor and color ( which was very light)

If it didn’t remove 100% of sediment it is pretty.

Filter is very effective

It’s new, so the verdict is still out on performance, but it was a super simple install. Arrived on time and in good condition.

Works great

Easy to install with both 1in and 3/4in fittings included. It’s a bit heavy if you are installing it behind anything to hold up while screwing it into a stud.

I had a water leak in the garage and contacted customer support with pics and a video.

Prefilter for Water Softner

Easy to install comes with adapters to reduce from 1" to 3/4", housing and bracket very good quality and filter element claims to replace after 30000 gallon which in my home is over 7 months. Only time will tell overall solid product.

Never thought a pre filter would make a difference. I only got this because it was included in the water softener system. I read the filter can help prolong the resin in your tank. I immediately noticed the difference in our water thanks to the filter. It removed the smell out of the city water and the water looks brighter in color.

Never received it

I’m giving one star because of my experience, not because of the product, so future buyers, be aware. This water filtration was supposed to come as a gift with the water softener as it is advertised, but I never received it. After six calls and being promised that someone would call me back, a month has gone by and still nothing has happened. Disappointing experience overall; a waste of time.

Installed fine, wish it had metal pipe fittings. Plastic pipe fittings are not ideal..

Easy to install, work great

Not Used for Whole House

Where I live we have really bad well water with a lot of iron and sediment. All of our white shirts were slowing have a reddish look and I was having to soak them in a bucket with Iron Out in it. Our well water has never been clear. Once I installed these just for the washer I noticed an immediate difference. The water is clear and I see no discoloration of any kind. The install was really easy and each unit is heavy for the size so it's well made. Now I know everyone is a professional plumber when criticizing someone's work. I attached a picture of how I set this filter up for our washer. I know its not done right, but I did not want to do a permanent install as we plan to move. I was searching the internet for what other people did for getting better washer water and could not find anything. I hope my setup might help others that have the same issue. If you want to do a permanent install please use Pex and proper fittings.
