Cannot contact Sears or Seller at all
I received this product on time, missing red and blue hose, but I cannot contact SEARS or seller at all, Sears numbers do not connect to any live person, online contact seller, contact sears all give error message, I tried all the options, there is no chat, no phone number no email, nothing to get in touch with anyone at Sears and no way to contact seller, I will contact seller directly on their website but through SEARS is impossible, I will never buy from SEARS.COM ever again, no way to contact them, I wish I could attach screen shot of the error message each time I try to "contact us about a seller issue", or "view or create message " or even "Marketplace Guarantee: Has your issue been resolved? If not, let us know.", I've been redialing the number and selecting all the options for automotive, mattress, installation, etc. and not one option let's me speak to anyone at SEARS, horrible.
