Arctic Stainless not the same as Brushed Nickel

I purchased this in "Arctic Stainless" because the Ferguson associate said it was the brand's name for brushed nickel. I wanted brushed nickel throughout my kitchen so it wouldn't show water stains. Well, this shows ALL the water stains. Not in love with it.

Love the look and features

I have had this product for 1.5 years. It has worked well. But recently one of the buttons is stuck. That button not functioning does not let the water flow. I am look into replace the head of this faucet, but I can find were I can purchase just this one piece. I don’t need to purchase the entire faucet. Please help. I have the black matte

Nice faucet

We went to many local home stores and plumbing centers trying to find a suitable replacement to go with the new sink I was installing. After narrowing it down to two or three, the Trask seemed like the best fit cosmetically as well the design. The install was simple since I did it before dropping the new sink into place, and I didn’t encounter a single issue mentioned in other reviews. So far we’re thrilled with our choice!

Delta Pull Down Faucet Review

The Delta Trinsic 1.8 GPM Single Hole Pull-Down Bar/Prep Faucet is one of my top purchases from over stock. It is so good! We replaced a standard faucet with this pull down and it has been a game changer! We haven't had any problems, it works great and add to our overall esthetics.

5 Stars

Love this faucet. Delta makes sturdy, long lasting faucets. Renovated our whole house and used Delta through out. This faucet does not waterspout, easily pulls to rinse and clips back into the main vessel via magnet. The spray is has great water pressure and easily cleans our secondary kitchen sink. Totally recommend

Great modern sleek faucet

We have used this Delta faucet in a few homes. Love the simple sleek design and the integrated spayer is so much better than separate. The wifi command connection failed but Delta provided an upgraded part. We don't use the voice command much because the faucet has to be left in handle on position. But the touch on/off is nice when your hands are dirty or busy with something.

A downgrade disguised as an expensive upgrade

We installed this sink in our newly renovated kitchen early May. I immediately felt like the water pressure wasn't right but thought "it must just be me not being used to it." And then within a few weeks of use, I realized - no. Something else isn't right if this expensive faucet has noticeably bad pressure compared to the crappy $38 one that we replaced. My $50 vessel sink faucet in our master has excellent pressure so I know it's not a hard water issue. But now we're stuck with it a while because we've already paid to install it and my husband had thrown out the box shortly after installation so we'll need to use it for the time being til we can afford another. It's only been 6 weeks and it's gotten worse so it won't last much longer. This was not cheap and felt like a total downgrade. So disappointed because it is a pretty faucet, but functionality trumps looks every time and it simply isn't functional! https://imgur.com/a/SRETqH6

Really adds a nice look to the counter.

This is a beautiful faucet. We have all black appliances so the black faucet worked well. It was very easy to install, but like the other reviewer said maybe get another person to hold the faucet in place while you make the connections and tighten it down. I would also agree with the other reviewer that said to reversed the hot and cold. This leaves the handle straight up when it is off and then when you turn it on you get cold and then bringing the handle forward heats the water up. I would definitely recommend this faucet to others. It really makes the counter top look nice.

Touch feature doesn’t work well

This faucet has a mind of its own. Turns off when I’m trying to use it even though my hands are nowhere near it. And It won’t turn on unless the handle is just in the right place. Example... It will not turn on if the water is set to cold. The six batteries have needed to be replaced three times already in the year we have had the faucet. Frustrated now as I replace them once again because the faucet will not operate without batteries. Disappointed as I chose this product based its beauty and on the positive reviews. Perhaps we got a lemon but the store won’t take it back now...

Waste of time & money: corroded within 2 years

I had a hard time finding a clean, simple-looking faucet and was initially very pleased to have found this one. Since installation in late 2017, it has worked great up until two months ago, when the retractable part of the faucet stopped seating properly. After inspecting it (close up photo), it became apparent that the inside is corroded and will not properly accept the retractable part any longer. In the two months since noticing this, it's become steadily worse and looks like garbage. I'm beyond aggravated: I expect a faucet in household of two adults to last twenty years - NOT 2 years. Not to mention it was a pain to install, and now that work needs to be repeated. I will not be purchasing another faucet from Delta nor from Lowes. Looks great and works really well for the short amount of time you get to use it before it deteriorates. My advice is buy something else.

I chose the smaller prep/bar model because the kitchen faucet...

I chose the smaller prep/bar model because the kitchen faucet was just too big for my small kitchen. The prep/bar faucet is very nice and sized just right. It fits perfect and looks grand and has the same features as its bigger brother. I am still adjusting to the minimal water flow, however, when I need hot water. Thus, I give it four stars and not five. When turn to hot, it reduces to just a trickle. I have to turn on the spray mode to get slightly more force. The cold water flow and is very strong and forceful. The installer could not make any adjustments since that's the property of the faucet. I'm in a quandary as to how to get a more forceful water flow when for hot water. Otherwise, I think this faucet is very great.

HIgh quality and modern design

We bought this for a kitchen remodel. It was difficult trying to find a simplistic modern looking facet without curvy curly stick handles and under 17 inches. We decided on the Delta Trinsic 9959-DST for the high rating, life time warranty, and made in North America. We have had the faucet for only two months and very happy with it and our plumber who installed the faucet recommended Delta for its quality and customer service. It is very easy to use and to clean. The pull down uses magnets and not gravity weights to hold the pullout sprayer in place and makes retractions very easy. You can switch via an ergonomic button between aerated or spray mode and have a free hand - you do not have to continuously hold the button when using the spray. There is some splashing on the counter when the spray is used at the maximum but surprised that it was at a minimum as I was expecting more.
