Love my touchless faucet

Oh I think this is my third or fourth. Maybe even fifth Moen faucet over the years and as usual they don't disappoint!!

One of the things I cannot do without ... the sensor system works so well

Lovely to look at, but even a bird flying by the window triggers the sensor so after coming into the kitchen to find the faucet wide open pouring water down the sink, we disabled the feature. Downright dangerous.

Beautiful Faucet

I purchased this from Ferguson rather than a big box store. Yes there is a difference as the well- made Moen faucet is made of metal and not plastic. We love the sleek look and quality. Moen faucets are USA made and install easily. The pull down faucet hose does get hung up on plumbing and electrical under sink items. I need to address that by organizing underneath. Moen makes an add on that supposedly keeps this from happening.

Beautiful Faucet - Breaks after 1 Year

We have this faucet in our kitchen and we got it when we built our home. It looks beautiful in our home but unfortunately after having it for only one year it has started to be an issue to use. When you pull the hose down to spray plates or other utensils in the sink, it doesn’t always spring back up to its original position. Most of the time it just hangs there and looks terrible. The power blast button for water pressure also NEVER un-clicks when you turn the water off. It was a great feature but now that it never turns off it is quite disruptive and sprays water everywhere. I would not recommend this product as it was an expensive upgrade and has stopped being great after just one year.

The faucet was delivered fast in August. My installer took his time so it wasn't installed until September. It is now February and the motion senser does not work. We were sitting on the sofa when all of a sudden the faucet started flowing. I went to wave it off and it wouldn't work i notice the light wasn't on so I figured it was the batteries; I change the batteries and it still doesn't work. I haven't called customer service yet. I will update once I do. I also have to say the faucet does not reach the middle of our sink.

the no touch function is great when your hands are dirty

This product was just installed last week. So far I love it. The sensor to turn on and off the water is fantastic. I use it all the time.

When not battery, its nice

The faucet is decent quality, and pretty easy to install without a contractor.The touch less feature is great with 2 huge caveats.-It eats batteries, 6 AA's every month. and when the batteries die, the faucet stops working slowly. Takes multiple smacks, or just toggles on and off randomly. Its badAbsolutely buy a battery to AC adapter pack to make this a plugin faucet, it will save you hours of frustration of slowly dying faucets and failing water. This alone saved the faucet from being ripped outSecond, its very sensitive. The water hitting our steel sink turns it off every now and then. We wrapped the faucets tubing and sensitivity/electric sensor with electrical tape and foam and it is fantastic now.With this simple solution it does not randomly turn off and on, and only toggles when you give it a nice heavy handed touch.I can only recommend this faucet with those 2 items in place. Less

Beware of possible pre-existing issue

Nice faucet but hot water stream barely works. Called Moen and was told this was a known problem due to aerator cartridge not working properly due to sitting in warehouse before shipping. They are supposed to send free kit “expedited,” but failed to tell me item out of stock. I learned this when I called to ask when I called to follow-up. The rep I spoke made it sound like Moen did me a favor sending as courtesy even though I owned it less than 1 month and they knew it was a potential problem. I advise her of same and told her I was very disappointed in her answers as I purchased a Moen faucet based on their reputation. I am still waiting for the part and boil water to get hot water for dishes. I also paid money to a plumber to make there was no other cause. Otherwise, I do like the faucet. Less

Defective by design

Do you like it when something that’s simple and easy to use is made complicated and unreliable? Do you enjoy feeling angry and swearing at your faucet constantly because it won’t turn on or off when you want it to, cannot run at a trickle, has significant input lag, and treats you like a child and shuts itself off if you run the water for more than a couple minutes? Do you want a faucet that will stop working when its non-rechargeable batteries die, or the electronics break, or the company pushes a bad software update? Do you have a extra money burning a hole in your pocket to pay forever for single-use disposable batteries? Do you feel happy creating massive amounts of unnecessary e-waste? Do you feel a quiet thrill when your family members and guests say “this thing sucks”? If so, Moen has the perfect faucet for you!Oh, Moen, please tell me how wonderful it is that I can just touch my phone to dispense a precise cup of water. Wait, remind me, do touch screens work with wet fingers? Well, at least my faucet won’t get dirty. Hang on, is it better to get salmonella on my phone, which cannot be deep cleaned, instead of my faucet, which can? Oh, I should pay more for the voice control version instead, which requires an internet connection, can be activated by children and pets, and will not work well in a noisy kitchen when people are cooking? Shut up and take my money!!All Moen smart faucets are defective BY DESIGN. Voice, motion, does not matter. They are terrible to use, terrible for the planet, and terrible for the brand. I no longer trust Moen because it is clear from this product that no one is left at the company with both decision-making power and a functional brain. Less

Beautiful faucet. Install was not difficult for my contractor. Works perfectly and love that it can be used manually.

I’m loving this new faucet in my kitchen. My family was so excited to use the hands free option. Just keep in mind that you can’t adjust the water temperature with the hands free function.

Not correct color! Was to be brushed gold and is very much bronze in color. Doesn’t match. Looked like good faucet but won’t work for us. So trying to return but Wayfair has yet to send return label.

My dream faucet

It looks as advertised. I cannot wait to get it installed!
