Fantastic model in a nice modern design that fits perfectly in our bathrooms. I love the clean lines on the bowl base, eliminating crevices that tend to gather dust and need cleaning. The tornado flush is amazing and is so far water efficient (from what I can tell). Definitely recommend the chair height seat, as anything lower than that would just be uncomfortable. Overall, fantastic model for the price.

Tornado fail

Agree with other review about the “landing zone” and dry porcelain. The tornado flush does ZERO to remove particles stuck to the bowl even when immediately flushed. Love the dual flush, clean lines, but very expensive for ineffective technology.

The water tank came in cracked. I'm trying to have wayfair replace it. So far not too thrilled with their response as I'm on a time constraint.

Landing Zone

i have never spent so much time thinking about poop, water, and dry ceramic. but here's the deal - this toilet has an extremely small landing zone of water (the specification you're looking for is called "water area" and for this toilet it is 5-5/8" x 4-1/8, ie about 23 sq in. compare to, say, a toilet with a 9x8 water area = 72 sq in). unless you are very precise in your aim, let us just say that this requires manual cleaning after every use. we bought 3, luckily only installed 1 to start, and returned the other two. the remaining one will become the bathroom we only pee in.

Worst toilet

After 38 years of plumbing. This toilet design is awful.The floor mount flange is probably the worst design ever , having to drill 6 holes through tile to mount flange and the screws to attach toilet to mounting bracket sucks

Seat hard to install

The dual flush is great. However, if you want/need to change the toilet seat it is a bear. Found it was easier to totally remove the toilet so I could get my hand inside to tighten the toilet seat bolts. What should be a ten minute job took more than an hour!
