I ordered 2 toilets and both of them were broken. This seemed to be an issue with the supplier's packaging methods and the carelessness of the transportation and delivery. Also, Wayfair didn't offer to dispose of the toilets, nor did they cover the cost of me having to dispose of the very heavy pieces. I wish there was some sort of option to guarantee that the pieces delivered were in good working order before the delivery team left, which would have helped resolved this issue swiftly. Wish I could have reviewed the toilet itself versus the broken pieces that arrived. I won't be ordering any toilet from Wayfair again and wouldn't recommend doing so.
Very nice toilet. Low profile - water savings options.The toilet bowl was broken in transit. I called the customer service. They mailed the replacement. It arrived the next day. Very good customer service.
Nice toilet. Bad shipping to store and home
Item was shattered upon arrival. Have ordered this item for 3 bathrooms. So far, 5 were delivered. Of the 5, three were cracked and broken in transit. Not so good, Lowe's. Not so good.
Toto level quality
solid quality you would expect from Toto; only small gripe is that the toilet seat is plastic although it is quiet close. Would expect something more solid given the price and brand. Flush is also very quiet.
It’s beautiful and minimalist looking.
Not standard height
the Lowes description is standard height but when you read more its Universal height which is taller than you think it was supposed to be.. Otherwise the toilet works very well...
