[Rewarded Review] Decent shelf

The shelf shouldn’t be difficult to put together, however, some of the pieces were slightly bent or warped, which needed a lot of pressure from one person while the other fit them into the slots. The shelves seems sturdy enough for light use, but will ding up easily with heavier use.

Holding up so far……bought for canned goods

I was surprise how flimsy this shelf was. It didn’t look like it could hold 800 pounds each shelf, but so far it’s holding up. Very hard to put together. I love the way it looks and it’s just what I need, just hope all my hard work canning food doesn’t crash to the ground.

I bought two of these to impose some order on my basement chaos. Solid enough and easy to assemble once you figure out the top and bottom of some of the parts. (Hint: “up” is very lightly stamped on the verticals). Not as substantial as full-on industrial shelving, but does the job and good value for the $$. Also, despite their weight and bulk, they were delivered in excellent condition.

Great shelf (wish I had the two I ordered)!

This shelf was easy to build, with clear instructions. It feels quite stable and holds a lot. The reason I didn’t give the item 5 stars is because I ordered 2, but there’s been a mixup and one of those hasn’t been delivered or even shipped yet. Very frustrating! Nonetheless, the price is great considering the quality of the shelf.

These shelves are awesome. Easy to assemble, solid, and adjustable to my needs. And as always, Wayfair service is awesome as well.

Every bit of metal in this kit was coated in industrial oil and small respirable metal shavings. Sharp jagged edges too. Clean up before you ship this stuff out—I already have sarcoidosis from silica dust; I don’t need whatever brain cancer this @%&* is gonna give me.

Would have looked great but…

Though in theory this was easy to put together, it kept falling apart on me. It was only me putting it together so maybe it’s easier with two people but nonetheless I gave up, packed it back up in the box and will be returning.

Wayfair, please stop carrying these shoddy products. First, the instruction page was totally crumpled and torn. Had to iron and tape it together and it got worse from there. Holes (screwless) did not match up and did not stay even when tapping in with hammer. and when I managed to wrestled two pieces together it popped out when I moved on to the next hole!! Really impossible, even 3 people working together. Decent service but some products should be pulled!
