The Delta Ara collection is modern and substantial. It is great quality and a big upgrade from my client's previous faucets!

Couldn’t get this one right…

I ordered this faucet twice because 1st delivery was a completely different faucet, 2nd time same thing. Ended up having to switch orders all together. Customer service tried to make it right so I appreciated that and I do love my final faucet.

Too bad there’s no zero star option

I can only echo other reviewers: terrible product! Aerator is poorly designed and cheaply made (plastic). Water sprays every which way except straight down in a stream (um, like a faucet is supposed to do). Tried going without aerator but it’s even worse.

Horrible product

We had two full baths and one half bath renovated. Same faucets in all of them, double in the primary bathroom, four total. When we chose them at the showroom we really liked the appearance and style. I wish there was a way to try them before purchasing because they are the worse faucet I have ever encountered in my entire life, and I am 60 yrs old. These faucets sprays water everywhere. On the mirror, countertop, floor, everywhere. Even with the valve barely open, it splashes everywhere. Whomever the design, research and development, and quality control teams are did a horrible job. I looked under the sink and it looks like they're trying to supply water through a plastic line the size of a straw. I can't believe that Delta allowed this product to be manufactured and sold to the public. This product should be discontinued.

Do Not Buy Delta Ara

We just had this installed in both our sinks in our bathroom and love the look but this faucet is horrible. The flow of the water sprays all over you and the counter and mirror. Looking at the specs it shows it being a round aerator which it is not. Its rectangular. We're trying to figure out how to rectify this issue. The aerator is very difficult to remove. Unfortunately we're stuck with this.

Delta Faucets are junk

After only 7 years our original Delta Ara (waterfall) bathroom faucets began to leak. To match our tub and shower fixtures we went with similar Delta Ara faucets (non-water fall). The new ones don't pour water, they splatter water. $1,000 in hardware and plumbing down the drain.

Looks great, function is horrible, sprays all over. On my third aerator with Delta and it still doesn’t work.

Travesty, Garbage Delta 1.2 GPM Faucet Model 3567-SSMPU-DST

Faucet sprays water on mirror, countertop, floor even with the feed valve 3/4 closed and the faucet handle 1/4 open. Got same response from Delta on how to address. The engineer and product development organization who designed this sham should be fired, I can't believe that Delta does not have a flow straightener for this product. How long has Delta been in business. This product might give you 0.1 usable gpm. Shame on Delta.

Very Disappointed with Delta Ara 1.2 GPM faucet - Model 3567-SSMPU DST

I am so disappointed I did not look at the reviews before I purchased this for my bathroom and purchased matching Ara products for the shower, towel rack, towel ring, toilet paper roll holder. The water splashes everywhere, no matter how I adjust the faucet handles. I asked the plumber to come back to see if he could help me adjust it.

Terrible product. You will hate it. It's a shame cause it looks great.

Sprays everywhere

We purchased two of these through Ferguson/build for our bathroom remodel. Unfortunately they spray everywhere like other reviewers indicate - on the wall, countertop, etc. Highly disrecommended.

Terrible Product

The part came with missing pieces had to order a whole other faucet. Still waiting for my credit from the original faucet. The missing piece faucet had to pay my plumber to put it in then had to take out and put in the new faucet. when it was finally finished, both stoppers didn’t hold water. now I’m not pulling them both back out and hiring a plumber again the product sucks!!! And yet Very Expensive!!!

Why can’t Delta provide a fix?

This is a fairly expensive faucet that seems to have a design defect in that it has an erratic flow that cause water to splash all around the sink and on the walls. Nearly every review states the same problem, and all Delta can say is that they’re sorry it didn’t meet the customers’ expectations. I expected more from a reputable company such as Delta!

BEWARE!

Because of poor water flow, we decided to clean the aerator. Found a post on this site from Delta indicating that you can remove the aerator and clean. When we tried the entire housing for the aerator broke off. Delta advised the housing cannot be replaced and I must get a new faucet. They offered 50% off $500 plus price from them or suggested I shop elsewhere for cheaper. WOW! Poor design and poor advise posted online results in my loss! Do not try to remove the aerator!

We purchased this in the black version along with the tub filler and shower setups in the same collection. We love the modern design and the timeless feel it gives to our bathroom. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful faucets, terrible faucets

Please make sure you read the reviews before you buy these faucets. I didn't and purchased them on their design only. Very disappointing for a Delta product, especially one at this price. They are beautiful faucets as long as you never plan on using them. If you do intend on using them, keep a separate towel nearby so that you can wipe everything including yourself off. These spray water everywhere and are a terrible design.

horrible design

Purchased 2 of these faucets for master bath remodel. Worst faucet ever! They spray EVERYWHERE. I have to wipe everything down every time I wash my hands. I so regret not reading all the reviews that describe this same problem before having them installed. Delta has to know this is bad engineering yet they do nothing to fix the problem.
