I have always played darts on Arachnid dart boards and was thrilled they had what I wanted

This board isnt regulation size

I bought this 6 months ago had it sent back it was bamaged box was in bad shape .good thing they was good about refunding my money

Arachnid CricketPro 750. Shipping was fast (3 days). Shipped in original box only and not double boxed like any other thing you would order. Fortunately arrived with no damage at all. Everything was intact and nothing missing. I have shot on different brand boards, this brand is a superior board with very minimal bounce-outs. It holds your darts. Displays are easy to read and bright. Plenty of games and options for them. The 4 player display is a plus compared to the 2 player display version. The darts it comes with are below average darts but they work. I personally already have high end darts so that is not a factor. You may consider an upgraded dart for longevity. My unbiased observations of this board are: - darts cover up the board when put in the storage area. (but don't you use the darts to play?) :)- when playing cricket and #'s are closed out the LED turns to red and then constantly flashes to let you know that # is closed. A bit getting used to while throwing remaining darts. IDK if the x/o displays on other model boards do the same.- does not operate on batteries....only AC current.- the plastic cover for the display can be suseptable to cracking/breaking due to bad throws of incoming darts.- the sound quality could be better, also on high volume can be a bit hard to hear...if you have music or tv playing. However, it does have volume control to adjust and/or turn completely off. There is no heckler option on this board.- when setting your game of choice, there is no reset or previous game button. You have to scroll all the way thru the games to get back to the beginning, or just turn the board off and back on again. It would be a nice feature to have.- the mounting screws provided are ok, however I used wall anchors and a bit beefier hardware for peace of mind.Overall, this is a quality board with many features and a definite upgrade. I am satisfied of my selection and would recommend this board to others. I have listed some things I personally noticed that hopefully help others or things to consider.

Arachnid Cricket Pro 750

This dartboard has great options and features. Cons are darts don't stick well in outside catch-ring and the bullseye doesn't record about 10% of the time when you throw a dart into it so you have to push on the dart for it to score after your throws.

2nd Arachnid board

Around 10 years ago I received an Arachnid Board for a Christmas present and my family and I had had a blast with it. Around 4-5 years ago the sound went out on it and I tried numerous places to get it repaired but never found anyone to fix it. Finally broke down just after Christmas this year and bought a new one and my kids and I are loving darts again.

Solidly built and fun to play. Many games and displays. The darts are average but ok for your average user. Would want better ones if your a serious dart thrower. Good overall buy.

Purchased as a gift

purchased this dartboard as a replacement for a smaller one for a xmas/housewarming gift for a friend. They are very pleased with it and the cabinet that was also purchased threw Hayneedle as well.

Very Nice Dartboard

I recently purchased this board to replace an electronic Halex. No comparison. This product is much nicer- easier to use, better directions, considerably less bounce-outs. I can't even think of anything I'd change about the unit. Obviously I can't comment yet on how reliable it will be in the long run but as of now it is a pleasure to use.

Good board for a beginner

I purchased the board to replace an order Arachnid board that I had purchased in 1995. Some of the things that are great about this board is all the games and the solo play and the list of games on the right side of the board. One of the things I dislike about the board is the voice prompt, which is good for a beginner but an annoyance for some who has been throwing. You should be able to have a choice between voice or sounds as found on Arachnid earlier boards. Another dislike is I need the manual to know what game I am playing. Example 301 has several different ways to play. You need the manual to know which one your are playing. This is a good board for a beginner.

Lots of games but too many bounce outs!

Nice unit with lots of games and functions but the bounce outs get to be a drag. Different games and levels to test your skills.

Great Board

Great dartboard, many games and easy to use. I was not impressed with the computer player. It seams to slow the game down, and managed to beat me in just two rounds in 301 on the novice level... but that was maybe a fluke.

Like it alot, but......

How do you get broken tips out of the board??? 1st game and we have 2 broken tips in the board already! Yikes.

Excellent Board!

I bought this as an early Christmas present for my boyfriend who throws darts in league. He absolutely loves this board! He has friends over all of the time now, rather than going out to the bars. They love the board as well. There are tons of different games you can play. I would highly recommend this board to both beginners and pros.

High Hopes.....But Sorely Disappointed

There isn't one good thing I can say about this dartboard. Mounting was difficult (head of the screw actually snapped off). The number 19 wouldn't score at all. 10 - 15% of all darts didn't score. It was near impossible to remove stuck darts from the board. Buyer beware!
