Really well engineered.

This is a great item. Came in two boxes with almost no need for any non eco friendly styrofoam because the packaging was so well designed. Carried through to assembly with excellent directions and all the parts marked. Only negative was the plastic protective film on the roof pieces that was almost impossible to remove. I ended up leaving it on. I also added some lattice to it in back since I had it on an elevated deck to be safe. But really love the look and function of this and highly recommend it.

We bought this over the summer and built it after the concrete slab was poured. Super quality. We are 68 and 75 and only needed help lifting the roof on. We sealed all the wood before construction and plan to reseal every year. I would not hesitate to buy - what a great addition to our home.

Exceeded Expectations

We bought 2 of these gazebos to cover the back patio of our new home. They are a little longer than advertised, about 6 inches. I had to cut some length off the second one to fit with the house, but, wow, did it turn out great! The fit of all the pieces and the quality of the materials and hardware are wonderful! We’ve really enhanced our outdoor space in a beautiful way. Construction went pretty well. Some steps really need at least 1 people, but not for very long. I highly recommend these!

Great Gazebo

We've had this for several months now and it's worked out perfectly for our space. We put it together in one part of a day with 3 people, and it's been solid ever since.

Great quality

Easy to follow instructions. All the holes lined up perfectly. Set up in just a few hours. Looks beautiful. Top quality materials. Metal roof panels were bent in shipping and company sent out new ones a week later.

Had this Arcadia Gazebo installed September 2024 to cover our jacuzzi and patio table! It is beautiful and the perfect size. The gazebo is exactly what I wanted for our recently purchased home. We've already installed a fan and beautiful lights on it. I couldn't have been more pleased!

GREAT PRODUCT

Product is excellent. Shipping was not good. Delivery was cancelled 3 times. From start to finish, including unpacking product took around 40 work hours with 3 professionals and one non-professional.

Fantastic Structure

This is one of the best investments we have ever made. Quality all the way thru, beautiful structure. This is an extremely well thought out product from manufacturing to end product. I am an engineer and was blown away by the sturdiness of this gazebo. Money well spent.

20x20 Kingsport - great!!

I bought this to put on our farm for small community activities and it’s great! It did take a WHILE to assemble. The instructions thought it would take 3 people about 6 hours to assemble - that was wildly wrong. We had four people (2 strong people, an engineer, and an architect) and it took us 2.5 days (about 16-20 hours).

Very Impressed

Extremely impressed with this product and the company. I was leery about buying a kit, but this thing was impressive. Instructions were actually clear, parts and hardware very clearly labeled, extra hardware was provided (I double checked to make sure 😅), appropriate bits that were needed were provided and the Bilt 3-D app was helpful in some spots too. Pay attention to the instructions and you’ll have no issues. Highly recommend this product or anything from Backyard Discovery! Officially a customer for life at this point!

Lotta work but well worth it

The Arcadia gazebo is awesome! It was the perfect size for our needs. It ended up being a lot of work but we got it done in a weekend. There were a few issues I had and they are as follows:

My 12 x 9.5 gazebo

I absolutely love my gazebo. It fits perfect on my back patio. It keeps the sun off me during the afternoon and is a great addition to my backyard.

Gives my outdoor grill area a professional look.

This is a quality product with all included hardware. I deviated from some chronological assembly steps for a few reasons. 1. I bolted the four posts to the concrete before attaching the roof because I did not want a gust of wind to blow it over. 2. I assembled the roof truss framing and installed it before adding sheetmetal. It was easier to lift into place and secure first. I then installed the sheetmetal. The directions called for the perimeter roof trim to be placed 360° on top of the sheetmetal ribs. The problem is that the design does not take into consideration the need for a rear drip edge. I did not want water to flow under the trim and down the wood. I, therefore, placed the tear trim under the ribs. Water will now be directed 1/2 inch away from the wood and will then drop straight down. It will also alleviate pine needles from getting trapped under the trim.

I love this so much and great instructions

I put this together in one weeekend mostly by myself. The Instructions are really good. I am 5 foot tall so I needed a pretty tall ladder for some of the roof parts but it worked. Did need help lifting the sides up but if you can get a friend to help for an hour doing that, otherwise you are good to go solo. I love it so much!
