Two Weeks, Still Waiting for Pillows to Unfold

Purchased in store on the last day of a sale period, the only two SFERRA Arcadia Queen Firm pillows left in store. I would have been picky if there were more to select from. One pillow is worse than the other, creases and lumps that I imagine were from the position it was in during shipping. I have them resting on a bedside chair, every day I give them a little fluff but the lumps are hardly going away.
