This is a wonderful lamp and just what I wanted in the front room of my firm's office. (I prefer table lamps over "desky" working lamps.) It's low enough to project light below for the person working at the desk it's on but tall enough to look very dignified. We love it. Only giving it 4 stars because of the awful packing. It was embedded in a styrofoam platformy thing and the only way to get it loose enough so you could try to lift it out of the box was to break the styrofoam, so there are styrofoam pieces all over. It also took 2 of us to lift it out of the box as it was stuck to the sides. A mess to clean up afterwards. Many other ways you could have protected this and was irritating and time consuming enough it took away from the joy of getting the beautiful lamp.

I bought these side table as bedside table for a large primary bedroom. The nightstand a prettier in person, great quality, marble is beautiful, drawers function with ease. I am so please with the purchase and the team that set the tables up were professional and fast. Highly recommend.

Looks great and functions well. I got the bronze/black color, and while the base and ball at the top of the light shade were black, the spokes that hold the shade's shape are gold, which I don't like. I have the lamp on a taller table so you can't really see the gold pieces, but if you are planning to use this in an area where you can see the top of the lamp shade, be aware that it doesn't match.
